Walgreens Pharmacy

Mostly I go to Walgreens for pharmacy. When I see at least 2 cars in the drive thru, I go inside and usually out in 10 minutes. I found the staff quite friendly.

Ready to wait for a hour and Pharmacists are so busy and we can't blame them, Less staff and more orders

It should be illegal to be this horrible at dispensing prescription drugs. You can go anywhere else and get better, faster service. From getting hung up after being on hold for an hour, to waiting in the drive thru for 40 minutes as the second car in line, to them not filling a prescription because they can't confirm my insurance. This place is a joke. Hire more people or stop filling prescriptions.

Worst experience with a pharmacy in my life. Increasingly long wait times and difficult getting important medications over the past year. One day waited in drive thru line twice for 40 + min at a time, to return a third time in store and was told my medication was out of stock. Tried "Express" delivery which didn't end up leaving the store with FedEx to be delivered and pharmacy unreliable following up with insurance to get clearance for urgent/important medications. Constantly wasting $ on waiting and being on phone with pharmacy. No more, will be switching pharmacies entirely. Please avoid if you value your time, money, and health.

This is the my worst experience with a pharmacy. I cannot assign total responsibility to pharmacy with regard to prescription confusion, but I tend to think UCLA medical knows what they’re doing. I called UCLA to follow up and they promptly did. Pharmacy claimed great effort to straighten it out; UCLA hadn’t heard anything. Their automated system told me script ready; only one of 3 items actually was. I called 3 times waiting 15 minutes each time, only to be disconnected. I finally reached them following day by calling at opening (still took 10min) and they had information, but still had not prepared it. Horrible service and concern for customers.

37 minute wait on a Tuesday in a packed waiting area for a prescription I had CALLED AHEAD to confirm was ready. 2/3 meds were still wrong. Literally the worst pharmacy experience I've had in my life.

Slow. Always. For some reason they think it's a good idea to have covid testing at the same windows as normal perscription pickup. Expect to wait an hour in line with a bunch of potential covid carriers.

One of the worst pharmacy services l have ever seen. The staff is very soft spoken however they are extreamly slow and don't care how long you are waiting. Not sure why they cannot speed up .. been seeing them like this for a long time.

Horrible horrible and horrible! I went to this pharmacy three times this morning, and I have to go there again this afternoon for the fourth time, to get my prescription! The worst attitude I have ever seen! I really want to give zero star if I can post it without any star!

this place is a joke had appt for covid test and the receptionist said she couldn't find the appt and was told to be back a couple hours later. you be put on endless loop with phone call if u decided to talk to someone about ur appt.

After checking in from the drive in lane, had to wait for over 35 minutes in the car without anyone getting back to me. They have a new staff. The girl who spoke with me was a bit rude and unapologetic just saying they are busy and I have to wait. This never happened with the previous staff.

Terribly managed staff… made an appointment for COVID testing online at 9:45, while I waited for almost an hour to get tested. What a nightmare.

I called this Walgreens to ask about the charges for covid 19 if we dont have insurance then the employee nd her boss says we dont have answer for this question....
I would give zero star to this place.

This place is terrible at dispensing medicine. The farmacist changes your prescription and dispenses only what they think is needed despite having a prescription from a doctor for a condition. They are also extremely slow and rude. Choose another location or another pharmacy altogether.

This place is awful for a pharmacy. They never have anything ready when they say it is. The wait at the drive up is always 30min it more AND they onetime gave my wife wrong dose of a very critical medicine. Stay away!

If you don’t have a car, don’t bother going there for covid testing. I wonder if this is discriminatory for people who don’t have vehicles……

Don't go here for prescriptions unless you have an hour to sit in your car and wait

Terrible service. Reservation time means nothing. Spent time filling out information on line and have to do it again on site.
