Mitchell came to my home promptly and was very good at listening to my many electrical issues! He gave me a price up front for diagnostics which I very much appreciated. He thoroughly explained each issue and provided an in depth price breakdown for each issue, not pressuring any purchase. He gave me lots of options and was great at working around my work schedule! Will definitely hire again and highly recommend.

Thomas and Nate did a phenomenal job updating our electric panel and stepping our house up to 200 amps. They were at our house for 12 hours and stayed until the job was finished. I would highly recommend On Time Service Pros for your electrical needs.

I found Brendon to be very likeable and knowledgeable. He taught me some things about my electrical system that I was unaware of. Besides being a great technician he is a good teacher. Hard working even at 6:00 PM when most people are thinking about going home. He gave us time and good answers and we are encouraged that a long lasting problem is solved.

Anthony & Mitchell were absolutely incredible to work with! They were respectful of the space, kind, knowledgeable, and efficient! They helped with a wiring issue in my old house and installed two ceiling fans for me. Would 100% go to them again!

David was very prompt. He listened to the electrical issue. He also gave me information on what he was doing and suggested other things which was very helpful. I would absolutely call again! Very informative on going on a maintenance agreement. Which is different than what Mn energy offers. I’d have both for security.

I had a smoke detector start chirping at 9:30 on a Saturday night. It’s a combo smoke and C.O. detector with a sealed battery that I couldn’t change. I called the company and got ahold of Mindy, who was so helpful. She was able to get a technician out in a timely manner. When the technician Thomas showed up, he immediately was able to disarm that unit and stop the noise. Because of the type of detector it wasn’t just a matter of replacing the battery so he replaced the entire unit. He was professional and helpful and friendly, considering he had to be called out at 11:00 at night. I am so thankful to On Time Services for their commitment to their customers.

Noah Bigbee has done electrical work for me 2 times in the last 3 weeks and has done a great job. I will request whenever I call On Time when I need some electrical work done. He was even able to make friends with our dog Daisy and that is amazing.

Nate Heydt-Nelson did a great job of replacing our main electrical box. This was a big job and he got it done with minimal inconvenience to us with being without power. We highly recommend Nate. On Time Service Pros always comes through for electrical, plumbing, heating and air!

What a phenomenal company all around. Nate was great to work with, and did excellent work setting up our new ethernet cable. With quality of service like this, I’ll definitely be using the company for HVAC and plumbing when needed too.
