Denny's

Perfect travel stop. I rarely eat at Denny's, but I did stop in this one because we are road tripping and I needed some boost. We pulled in at 6am and right away there was a nice waiter offering us coffee. There were 3 of us and all of us ordered their famous slam. We did not wait long at all even though there were lots of people waiting. The food was very good. I really enjoyed my fruit, which was so fresh. The bathrooms were decent, as expected at 6am.

As most of us know not all Denny's are created equal. Mount Jackson's, (not to be confused with mountain,) is a good one. Clean, good food and service. That is what eating out is all about. However if you need a fresh horse I am afraid Mount Jackson has had to close it doors to that commodity due to lack of demand

Im very surprised. This is not my style of restaurant to eat. But! Food was nice and clean with out any burn fat. Coffee strong. Service very nice ( thank you Shelby). Bathroom clean!!! Well I will be back.

Great place to stop for breakfast while on my drive along I-81. Staff is very nice!

Awesome the best Denny's we have ever stopped at, food was delicious, order was correct and I wish I had of got our servers name she was amazing!!!

Everything here at Denny's with extremely good. Our waitress name was Adora and she was wonderful . She kept my coffee cup filled all the time very pleasant could be with she was just wonderful I can't say enough good things about her. The food was super and very filling. My wife and I both ordered did build your own Grand Slam I had pancakes, eggs, bacon, and hash brown. The hash browns with delicious with the onions and cheese. If you're in the area you need to stop at this Denny's at Mount Jackson Virginia wonderful place to eat and they only cost $7.49.

Always down-home service at this restaurant. Service staff friendly, conscientious & available. Food always freshly & properly prepared. Occasionally has delays in getting food to table, but keeps you informed of any issues. I regularly hold brunch/dinner meetings here and they are very accommodating to our needs, always allowing us the time & space we need without complaint.

Food was amazing. Service was outstanding. Our waitress was very polite and very attentive to us even though they were very busy. We had a great dining experience and will definitely be coming back again. The new crepes were delicious and everything came out really quickly and hot.

We made an hour round trip to have breakfast for dinner and we're so glad we did! Clean everything, staff friendly and wearing masks, and our orders were perfect. We each made some special requests, and though most similar restaurants (like IHOP) never seem to be able to prepare food as asked (like leaving off whipped cream, etc.) the waitress and cooks not only made our meals to order, they were absolutely delicious. Never have I gotten blueberry pancakes with so many, and so large, blueberries. If we didn't live 4 hours away we'd definitely return!

Helpful, courteous staff, good comfort food and reasonable prices.

There have been some changes in management that have drastically improved my opinion of this location. I live locally and had stopped going, but my last couple of trips the manager genuinely seemed interested in making sure we had a good experience.

One of the nicest and cleanest Denny's I have ever been to. The waitress was so so pleasant and served is some biscuits that were amazing while we waited on our food. If i could have given 10 stars i would.... nice place to eat

Been traveling all day. Stopped to get a early meal. Found great service. Abigail was great with orders and returned food in a timely manner. Had an issue with a fly. Time 6:11 PM. Will revisit in morning before check out.

Very, very good food that actually looks like the pictures on the menu. My waitress, Nicole, was very attentive without being intrusive. With my AARP and early bird discount I received 20% off my bill. I had the T-bone steak which was cooked to perfection just as I had ordered it. Broccoli was perfect and not over cooked. Mashed potatoes were perfect and delicious. Coffee was delicious even at 5:00pm. Best meal I've had in months! Couldn't find the wiFi though oh well I'd rather eat then surf anyway!

It was on a Sunday around church. They were busy but there was no waiting great. Food was super fresh and very hot. No room for dessert because the lunch was very filling. Service was good and place was clean..

I usually look for something other than a chain restaurant to eat at while on the road, but this Denny's was conveniently attached to the Motel 6 where I was staying. I was very happy, the salmon was particularly good.

A little slow, but worth the wait! I had a burger that was juicy and NOT over cooked like some places you go to. It was like your backyard on the grill burger!! Yummy

Totally loved the experience! Very friendly staff. The food was fresh and tasted great! Hope to be able to stop by again if I’m traveling by this location!

We arrived at Dennys rather late and, had excellent service while wd waited for dinner. I can say of all the Dennys we have visited this one is clean, and top notch. Takes a little longer to get your food but, the wait is worth it. George, Nick, Reban, Cheyenne were the most courteous and very accommodating to my family. I will always stop there when i am in town.

Food was excellent. Servings were so large we had to take some of it to go. Waitress was very friendly and helpful
