Great post office, very helpful and great turnaround time. I did a passport renewal and I happened to print the wrong form for it. Breanna was super helpful, friendly and helped me walk through the process to get everything sorted out in 20 minutes. I didn't think it was gonna be that easy! Really appreciate the positive attitude!

Love the post office! I sell my clothes and stuff on Poshmark so I’m there A LOT! Lol EVERYONE there is super nice, helpful, and really efficient and get everything out on time! They’re also really great people I’ve gotten the pleasure of getting to know over the past year or so while selling on Poshmark. Everyone is always there with a smile even when it’s hectic at some times. I would give em a 10/10 if I could so 5/5 will have to do for now. If you live in Watertown you know what I mean we’re all pretty close if not go check out the post office already!

Every time I visit, I am treated well. The people working here are polite, friendly, and professional. Crossing Main Street is the only issue because drivers do not always regard the flashing lights of the crosswalk signal. I have seen them not stop at all, or continue their drive before I am completely past them while still in the crosswalk.

Would be nice if lobby hours were expanded and a box for packages was installed but they have a cart for prepaid packages. One of the other reviewers dinged one of the guys behind the counter for being, shall we say blunt...

Have you noticed how people get to the top of the line and chit chat endlessly with the clerks while people are waiting? Feel free to keep things moving right along Mister Postman.

USPS was not designed to please those with an expanded sense of entitlement. It is what it is. Thanks for the service.

Over the last couple of times that I went there, they always helped me and provided me with the service I needed. The were polite and professional. However, they seem to be a little understaffed and sometimes the wait line gets long. But I think the wait time is not much longer than the average of other USPS.

Best USPS I have been to. The clerk was very kind and helpful!

In and out quickly on a Saturday, early AM. I wasn't sure whether I wanted to use priority or certified mail. The gentleman was able to explain the differences in a clear and concise manner.

Fast, efficient, friendly. Had 2 packages to mail. The clerk helped me choose the most affordable option and explained the pros and cons. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes despite being 3rd on line when I walked in.

I've always found the Watertown Post Office to be dependable for shipping my mail-order packages out promptly, for courteous personal service, and for its great location right across the street from the Watertown Free Library. This is one of greater Boston's best, most efficient post offices.

No complaints except that DeJoy needs to properly fund the usps.
