Ms. Hyman is the best. I will only be returning here from now on. She is so personable and takes time to smile at you and help you in any way she can. She made my day!

Great service. I've been going here for 12 years and like everyone I have had issues but businesses are people too. Imagine if you were reviewed by the public for the job you do everyday. Shalanda is amazing and usually not her fault there alone, but always friendly and helpful. Be friendly and maybe they will be friendly in return. Like everyone in life. Mistaiare made admit them apologize, fix them and get better.

I've been using this post office for 2 nearly 2 years without issue. Service is slow if you're ever in line. Usually One clerk works the front desk.

Good customer service, but ran out of money orders for at least three days.

I’ve lived in Indian Head for a month and have already had mail delivered opened, my package meticulously opened and gifts stolen out of it, and mail undelivered. I’d rather send my mail to a UPS mailbox or PO Box smh and make this post office pay for it because why should I have to do that!!

Packages reflect on USPS site that they are arriving at the Indian Head post office but are not being delivered to my address. Post office gives excuses on why the packages are not being delivered. They said it was scanned incorrectly or Carrier made a mistake however this has happened several times. I've attempted to go in to the Indian Head post office and get my packages and they claim they don't have them even though the USPS office shows packages are scanned in at their location. It seems to always be our Amazon packages that go missing.

They seem to ignore incomming calls: they don't answer the phone at all! The customer service at the counter is very bad too. In addition, to say that they are nasty and vindictive it is a gross understatement... I can continue in the same vein for the next 10 pages. The bottom line: the worst post office I even dealt with in my life and I am 70+!

Amazon package was delivered to the wrong mailbox. I called the number listed for IHPO and NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE THE WHOLE DAY! I sent someone to the PO to inquire about the misplaced package and was assured the mail carrier would look into this mistake...never got any response....Customer service is non-existent.

The incompetence of this post office is astounding to be frank. I am an Informed Delivery customers so I see all of the mail scheduled to be delivered to our home everyday. We have been waiting for a check that needs to go to a business that did repair work to our home. On Monday I see that a copy of the mail we've been waiting for was scanned for delivery that day but somehow every other piece of mail was delivered but that. We decided to give it until today and it sill wasn't in today's mail. It is infuriating and of course they do not answer the phone over there. Truly the worst post office I've ever encountered

Anytime we receive an Amazon package from this post office, the package has been tampered with. The package always arrives already opened and the seal opened. This must stop. It's appalling.

DO NOT TRUST THIS OFFICE.
Had a package shipped to here to be later shipped to my house but it never arrived. Afterwards I proceeded to call them and they kept putting me on hold and telling me to call back later. Finally I got to talk with one of the employees and she continued to give me excuses as to why them can't find the package. Her and another employee told to me that they would most definitely call me around 5:30. After waiting for a while I never received a call and became very frustrated, so I decided to go to the office. When I got there I found out that the office closes at 5:00, so why would the employees make me waste my time knowing they would be gone by 5:00. Basically the office is full of lieers and thieves. Don't waste your time in there office because it's full of criminals!

This is a horrible post office and the post Master is even worse. The only good thing about this place is the lady that actually delivers my mail, very nice person. I've been picking up my mail on Fridays for the last 2 months from the office directly so I don't have to wait for my checks to be delivered at 430 or almost 5 when allot of the banks are about to close. When I went in today, I was told that she, the postmaster, "will not have any mail coming across her counter". I've when found the mail lady in the neighborhood before, showed her my Id to verify my address, and received my mail about an hour and a half before it would of actually gotten to my house. She said that this was not allowed to happen. I explained that we've had problems getting our mail but she didn't seem to care and wanted to use what authority and power she possessed against me because she could. New post Master needed at this location

I have not received my mail in 3 months they lost my kids social security cards and my bank cards and have no explanation for it ! This is outrageous and will be reported !! I don’t know where my sensitive information is it could be in the hands of a scammer…

I have not been getting my mail. I get all my neighbors mail. I know that I have mail I been getting mail than the new guy started and I have not been getting it at all.

Sadly I have to give 1 star. My packages NEVER arrive on the day they are supposed to arrive and they drop off packages to the door and don’t even ring the doorbell sometimes!
