We were looking for updates and upgrades to our existing pool. Kevin and Tim came out to give us a free estimate and a plan going forward with details of each date. What stood out the most was their communication.

They showed up ready to work each time. Days they had to adjust their plan, they made sure to keep us in the loop.

Even after the initial project was complete, he continued to stay in touch.

We did have an issue regarding the new concrete, which was out of their control. But to Kevins credit as an honest and upstanding man who cares about his business, he stood behind it and worked with us to fix it. A special thanks to Kevin, Tim, Hunter, Joey and Phillip for their countless hours.

We couldn't be more appreciative of Kevin and his crew for how they handled this big project. We would highly recommend Accurate Pools.

If you are looking for an honest, show up when they say they will company - we've found Advantage Pool and Spa to be that company. They are family owned and family run.

We use them to open/close and do repairs.

To date, they've never failed to perform and their prices are typically lower than other companies out there.

We bought a home with an I ground pool last year. I have never owned a pool before so this was a rather nerve racking experience. I have called Accurate Pool and Spa a few times to address issues which, to others, might seem simple. Kevin and his son have been very helpful at every turn. I will recommend them to anyone.

Kevin and his family are good people and great to work with. They kept our pool in top condition with bi-weekly cleanings. I really had little to no maintenance to do myself. Thank you and we look forward to using your services in the years to come.

We bought our house in September, and this was our first year with a pool. I was overwhelmed at everything that needed to be done. Accurate opened the pool and then returned to clean leaving it looking good. Clear water, good water flow, pump and heater working. Thanks, we will be using Accurate for many years to come!

I have been with this company for nine years and they have always called the night prior to scheduled appointments to give estimated time of arrival. However, this summer has been a very different experience. Several no show appointments and unable to reach the company by phone. There is no website. Very nice and friendly but quality of service as far as communication and reliability has declined significantly. I am very disappointed.

I have heard good things about this company and the team therein. However, my experience was quite different. Dispite considerable effort including many phone calls, I was not able to get them to send anyone to our home. In fact, I waited home all day for them to show for multiple scheduled appointments. They never showed up. I will say that the person answering my calls was very nice. However, she was not able to successfully get someone to come help with our issue. After multiple no shows, I finally called another company. They showed up and resolved the issue on the first scheduled visit.

Hired them twice, it took them two whole appointments to open my simple aboveground pool. They were late both times. Guy who owns it sent his kid, who can’t be contacted because his voicemail is maxed out and nobody bothers to answer the main line. Why bother making appointments at all if you can’t keep them. The third appointment they never showed up, never called. I fired them due to their sheer lack of professionalism. Maybe the guy who owns it knows something about pools, good luck getting them to show up.

Don't waste your time calling these guys. They don't call you back... or if they do they don't show up.
