I went to O’Reilly Auto Parts store in Amelia to have them check my battery. My car was showing me a code saying there was a problem. Truby tested the battery and said it needed a charge. Joe came out to take the battery out and had to remove plastic parts to get to the battery. Unfortunately, the battery wouldn’t hold a charge, and I had to buy a new one. Joe happily rang up a battery and installed it for me at no charge. He also fixed my windshield wiper blades that had been previously installed incorrectly by Auto Zone. The service here is outstanding! Rarely do you get this kind of friendly, professional, hard working service- from people who really want to help their customers. Thank you, Joe and Truby, for such a great customer service experience.

Always a very helpful and knowledgeable staff, competitive prices, and a great return policy. The staff member Steve was SUPER helpful, he helped us figure out that our alternator was fine but our battery was bad. He replaced it for us in the cold rain, and gave us some great advice for future care and maintenance.

We have all the major auto supply stores in the area, and I go to them first every time I need anything because of their outstanding staff.

If I could give them 20 stars I would! They were absolutely AMAZING! Their roll rental program saved my life. And when we needed a tool they didn't have, one of the employees let us borrow one of his own personal tools. Mason and Rhonda were more helpful than I could ever imagine!!! I definitely recommend this place over any other auto parts store!!! I'll definitely be back!!!

Very nice manager. She tested my alternator and found it to be bad and tested the new one for me. Very reasonable priced. Very helpful and kind.

Noah was amazing to me. He helped me with exactly everything I needed. Even helped change my headlights. He was wonderful and very professional. Will definitely go back to see him.

Ben is the best. He stayed diligent to help me with my wipers. He stood in the rain for an hour and went through many wipers to find the correct fit.

Had a problem with my windshield wiper, no idea what to do. Drove up, asked if they knew what I needed to do and Dave fixed it himself, no questions asked. It took 5 minutes. I am thankful for this place.
