Hungry late at night? Food was fast and quality was good. Service was great especially because I visited in the middle of the night

Taco bell may just be "Taco Bell" Now that so many favorites are gone such as the Quesorito and Beefy Frito Burrito, But the taco bell in lititz still provides swift service, A clean atmosphere, And order Accuracy.

Stopped in for the 1st time- and was pleasantly surprised at how nice the entire experience was. Ordering was easy, the whole restaurant was very clean, all of the staff was courteous. The soda machine needed to be fixed (all of the soda was flat), when we told them about it- it was handled immediately and new soda was brought out to our table.
We actually told the manager that we appreciated our experience tonight. She deserved to hear it, she had the place running perfectly. It's been awhile since I've felt that way about a fast food place. This one deserved a good review!

Beautiful lady at the front making my food. They didn't have extra sausage patties for my AM crunch wraps so they gave me the choice of any lunch item, only expecting to get 1, and gave me two of those on top of my 1 sausage pattied am crunch wraps. Amazing service. If I didn't live out of town I'd frequent here.

New Taco Bell Store very clean and helpful workers willing to take your order and check over what your order was to make sure everything was right for you..Thats something that you barely hear .

My 1ST time with the app, the young man behind the counter assisted me+ was very attentive and friendly. The young woman who filled my order helped me with my bonus item on the app+ she said "no worries, I'll get it ready right away!"

Seems Taco Bell has hired the brightest, helpful + most friendly people in the area !

If I could give them more stars I would. Service with this team was top of the line. As I exited my carry box busted from the bottom, they could have just given me another box but insisted on redoing the whole order. My hats off and thumbs up to this crew and thank you. Update: 1500 hours 07/31/2022. Seems like new crew, but just as caring and respectful as the other. Great people and will be returning. Thumbs up 👍 to again this crew.

As always Taco Bell is a great stop to fuel up your stomach. This one in particular nailed the crispyness of the hard shell, softness of the soft shell, and the chalupa was fantastic. Gave an unreasonable amount of sauce packets which is always a win. Inexpensive as well.

Dining area is nice, dollar menu is actually a dollar menu, friendly staff and courteous customer service. No issues here.

I've been eating at the Bell weekly for like a decade now and this was hands down the best tasting Taco Bell food I've ever had. I'm actually confused how it was so good! Also the employee Reagan who took my order was probably the kindest fast food worker I've ever met. I don't generally review fast food locations, but I'm just so blown away that I had to take the time to do so. Great job guys!

My husband & I stopped in for supper. The entire 2nd shift staff was Fantastic. They made sure we were taken care of, asked how everything was. All were polite, respectful & had smiles. They are the example to follow. The crew members were: Roberto, Mgr, Amber,Brianna,Courtney, dean,Jared, Tyler & Naylan. Our food was quick and hot. Thankyou for a Wonderful Experence. We will be back.

Super friendly staff at the drive thru window! It was nice to see people actually enjoying their job and providing good customer service.

Brand new, super clean place! We stopped here during our Appalachian Trail through hike just before it starting pouring rain! The staff was super friendly and let us hang out for hours until the storm passed. We were able to charge our devices and hang out on the awesome covered patio. Also, the sauce stacks were impeccable.

Always fresh friendly service. The card reader has tap service so if your card has the ability you don't even have to touch the card reader to insert. One of the most important things they offer to me is NOT food related. When you pay if they forget to ask you, you can request to round up your total for The Education Round up program. This will take your total to the nearest dollar amount. Example* your order total is $19.56 request for them to round up for the donation. $0.44 cents will be added to your bill to make it an even $20.00. That $0.44 cents will be donated towards the educational fund. Enjoy

Revising my review for a few reasons:
1. The reason for removing a star last time doesn't happen anymore :)
2. I had what could have been a really bad experience last night but was immediately corrected and then some. Also note, I've been going here since it opened at least once a month, and this is the first time this has EVER happened.
I ordered two items that normally contain beef, and swapped for refried beans. Ended up getting both items with beef, and didn't realize until I bit into one. The woman running the drive thru was horrified, and immediately worked to make it right. All I wanted was my food remade, but she did that and MUCH more. She went above and beyond and one of the other employees came over to apologize too. Definitely took off the sting of the situation.

Old review: Great and always get my order right. Loses a star because there's one manager that doesn't let mobile orders be made until the person arrives.

Taco Bell in Walnutport Pa. is fantastic, so clean, friendly wait staff, food is prepared and served so nicely, looks and tastes appealing. I travel to 35-40 min to get my taco fix there not the one that's closer to me due to all these positive points. Thank you to the Walnutport crew!!!

Best taco bell ive ever experienced. I work 2 mins away from another taco bell, but i always go out of my way to come to this one. They always load it up and never mess up orders
