Pumpkin spice season. short wait. delicious latte. i’m a wells local and somersworth dunkin is just worth it.

They need more staff need to wear hairnets crack down on people with there phones out and evertime I’m there I got an attitude from Ellie the black female worker she’s got no positive attitude tords anyone she always rude to me and other customers as well and I won’t stand for it she needs to be fired I’ve complained about her before and nothing been done I don’t like the way they treat there staff I’ve heard some things about them glad I don’t work there other then that I have problems with this place good people but I feel like the morning crew is the better than the night crew

One of the best DD I've been to. Workers were slammed and still smiling, and the place was clean. Very friendly staff. And...they got my order right on the first try!

I’ve never had any problems with this location they didn’t fix within two minutes. There’s never been any kind of health code violation or nastiness to the food they prepared. I have wound up going inside because drive-through has taken up to half an hour before, but if you’re dumb enough to get in line with several cars ahead, that’s on you. No doubt some Starbucks diva tries to force a Kafkaesque order onto the staff at least once a day.

The bags also make awesome Covid masks in a pinch.

Definitely my go-to place for coffee!

While I have gotten the wrong order before here, it doesn't happen to me often at all. The wait can be long at certain times of the day, but I don't mind, or I wouldn't stop. Most of the staff is nice and friendly, and there is one particular young man who is always smiling and seems genuinely happy to do his job and I love seeing him! He always makes my day a little brighter! I am happy to frequent this particular DD.

The staff here has always been nice to me and they have never messed up my drink order since I've been coming to this dunkin. It seems like the crew is plenty fast I never have to wait in line for too long. Breakfast sandwiches are good and donuts, of course, are up to dunkin standards. Good selection!

Staff is friendly and location is clean. Only concern is the air quality. The poor workers need a better air conditioner! It was intolerable for me as a customer for 5 minutes in that heat…

The service is definitely gotten better since my last review! The workers are more kind and caring and you can tell that they want you to have a good visit and I appreciate that.

I love this place just started working there being a father of 5 12.50 an hr isn't cutting it maybe they can do tips or possible giving raises I mean come let's be honest there is no way on God's green earth I can support a family of 5 kids and a wife and that's with her working for 15 an hr I just think we can do better

They did this Dunkins over inside, it's much nicer, the counter is better organized. Staff was friendly, and we were in and out quickly.

I love this Dunkin Donuts I have no problems with this Dunkin Donuts. The staff is very very nice to me I have never had a problem with any one of the staff members nor did I have any problems with the two managers there Lisa and Joyce you are great keep up the good work.

Love the coffee. Lines are often long. Come with time to spare.

I love the plant based breakfast sandwich. I loke meat but the spices in this sandwich are exceptional! The people were very friendly and courteous.

Absolutely wonderful customer service!!! Even though it was close to closing the two girls working were very sweet !! The one girl went out of her way to fix the machine to make my dunkachinno !!! Well done thank you ladies!!!

In & out which is important as a Dasher

Window service was quick but the donuts had too much frosting.

The manager is amazing she aslways has our coffees ready and always has a smile she jokes and laugjs with us makes it for a great morning
