Uncle Bill's Pancake House

Fast service. No wait for us at 9 am Saturday. I had the eggs Benedict. One of the poached eggs was hard, but it didn’t really matter because everything tasted really good. The home fries were great. My husband also enjoyed his waffle. Tasted like an apple pie.

Came here during October before a wedding. The food cane out fast and was really good. There were 7 of us and none of the orders were messed up and we all changed at least one thing about our orders! Amazing service and good food!

Arrived to the beach early Friday of MDW and had a great breakfast to start the weekend

This is probably my 3rd time coming here and I gotta say I’ve never been disappointed since the first day I’ve tried this place, the service is always so great and they’re always friendly. The portion of food is filling and I’d say a perfect amount, it’s always made so well that it almost looks perfect lol definitely recommend this place to anyone who has thoughts about trying it out, I’m sure you won’t be disappointed:) props to my usual waitresses they’re great at their jobs

Excellent, fast service. Pleasantly surprised with the large gluten free french toast portion. Blueberry pancakes were really good. Nice atmosphere as I think it was redone since we were there last prior to the pandemic. Recommend.

Nice remodel. Added outside dining and enjoyed it today. The outside tables on the east side of the building are right by the kitchen! Food is still great as always. Our prayers have been answered...

Every small town has a beloved breakfast spot that caters to everyone from families after church to friends after a night out to beach goers fueling up for a day on the sand. Uncle Bill's is that special landmark in Avalon!

My cousin rented out the restaurant for a post-wedding breakfast farewell and Uncle Bill's handled everything amazingly. We packed into booths, guzzled coffee, shared stories from the night before and chomped down on some amazing pancakes. The staff did a great job keeping up with 75+ guests!

The environment is casual and cozy. I loved the nostalgic seaside branding, including the "Aunts and Uncles" bathroom signs and retro diner mugs.

The food? Awesome. I tried the blueberry pancake, chocolate chip pancake, buckwheat pancake and side of bacon. All tasty. Highly recommend hosting a post-wedding breakfast at Uncle Bill's if you're hosting a wedding on the Shore.

The only downside? I wish we had a place like since Bill's in Santa Monica!

The food here is always top notch. Stuffed French toast is my all-time favorite. If you like cinnamon, get this dish. Eggs, sausage, pancakes, and home fries are also delicious.

Uncle Bill's, a small chain on southern Jersey shore towns, has a huge variety of pancakes, along with the usual breakfast items. Food is consistently good. This one in the northern end of Avalon is attractive, has outdoor seating, and no parking meters at this section, close to the restaurant. Service is friendly and efficient.

Love this place!! Have dined here countless times and food always comes out super fast and is always AMAZING! My favorite breakfast place to go to!

I look forward to our Uncle B's breakfast tradition every year, as we kick off our week in Avalon. It's the highlight of our summer.

So...here's how concerned the owners are: they hire a woman who sits across the street with a Harris's Hawk to ward off the seagulls from bothering the outdoor diners. That's a great owner !

First time at Uncle Bill's. We always went to Brian's. It was very good. Service was great despite being very busy. Was a little procey

The veggie omelette was fresh and delicious, full of vegetables. The pancakes were top notch. The corned beef hash was tasty. Coffee was average. Nice service. Cute down home spot for breakfast.

Stopped in for breakfast this morning. We were greeted with a smile by Jake, where he sat us with our waitress Bailey. Both were super friendly and attentive even though it was very busy. The large portions were delicious and my coffee cup was never empty. When we were finished, the Jake was nice enough to wish us a happy new year as we were leaving! We will be returning.
