Dewain is wonderful to work with! The quality of work on the embroidery was amazing. We ordered work shirts and jackets and Lost in Stitches did a great job getting our order done quickly and everything looked amazing! Highly recommend him for embroidery work.

Dewain has an incredible shop full of beautiful embroidering machines and all the color choices imaginable! Although he obviously handles many large orders for teams and companies, he treated me and my small order as if I were one of his big clients! I needed a message included in each of my 3 granddaughters' quilts. He listened well, took time and patiently worked with me until his powerful software achieved exactly what I had imagined and the results were even better than I hoped for. He paid attention to every detail (every message was slightly different), charged a fair price and was a pleasure to work with. No matter how big or small the job Dewain is my go to embroiderer in Ogden!

Dewain has been my go to guy for many years with many different needs where lost in stitches has played a major part in branding my attire. Work, Events, Soccer Teams, etc... when asked to handle Swag Items I always know where I will go for My Shirts, Flags, Pens and anything else he may be able to handle in his awesome one man hand shop. Embroidery is Amazing, during this last venture with him he was able to get me 5 embroidered polo shirts with just 24 hours notice. I won't be working with the company again. I've had two issues where they just forgot to do my order, then lied about forgetting to do it. (pre-Covid and tried again after Covid) Both times I had to call multiple times past the time frame they gave me. They would never pick up or call back when I left voicemails. They don't communicate well at all. I was quoted at 2 weeks and 6 weeks later they just sent me a receipt. Never responded back to my 15 calls or acknowledged my emails. And when I brought up why it took so long in person, they avoided answering me and started mansplaining how much thread they use on each article of clothing.

Maybe it's because they weren't massive orders. But I had 30 items. So if you're doing it for anything less than that I wouldn't use them. They clearly don't care.

Horrible experience. All I needed was 3 hats. Told me they would be in and done in 4 days.... 3 weeks later I finally told him to cancel the order because they still were not in. He then said it’s because it s a small order. I understand that but why string me along for a month. Very unprofessional.
