Zao Asian Cafe

Restaurant is very clean and inviting. Ordered a bowl with chicken as a protein, and a wrap. The food was very fresh, and clean with very good flavor. Really enjoyed eating our meal with soft music playing in the background made it very enjoyable. The bowl and the wrap each we're about $10. Staff were very inviting and joyful serving you with a smile. Will definitely eat here again

I wanted some Asian food but not traditional. This place hit the spot! The food preparers were quite nice and gave me suggestions as this my first time here. I didn’t eat there but the atmosphere was soothing and comfortable.

Our first time going, but not our last! It was delicious, fresh and clean ingredients. We ordered a salad with chicken and a bowl with chicken, both were absolutely delicious. We also ended up ordering a bahn mi wrap to share and it was so flavorful! The restaurant was clean and the staff were super friendly! Can't wait to go back!

Came here for lunch around noon, a little bit of a wait, not bad the line went quickly. We ordered the chicken bowl, we upgraded to the yakasoba noodles, omg this was a great choice, got everything on it. We got the teriyaki sauce, next time going to try the green curry. They were out of it this time. At the end they put chopped peanuts, and I think it was fried onions. Over all it was great. Quick service. Employees were friendly. Place was very clean. Definitely will come back. Parking lot is busy, alot businesses in same location.

A nice quiet place with a good staff. Hard to choose between the bowl, taco, or wrap but had the bowl and it was good! Very clean place to eat which is becoming a thing to comment on. :-)

Came here for a quick lunch and I have to say the food is amazing!

The food is fresh, the service is top notch, the bathrooms are clean.

It’s always exciting when you go to a fast food type of place and quality, cleanliness and service is top notch.

I do want to give credit to their quality of service. My wife accidentally spilled one of our meals just the veggies off of it. A regular employee saw it on her lunch break and didn’t say anything to us she just went and told her manager and the manager came over and insisted we get a new meal.

The level of integrity and service this location offered was incredible!

Pictured is a bowl with half brown rice and the lo main . Steak for choice of meat (also offer chicken , tofu, meatballs) , topped with corn, broccoli mix, carrots, cilantro and peanuts.

I mixed Two sauces teriyaki and chili lemongrass.

Loved eating the rice bowl that was full off rice, chicken, carrots & Broccoli. They had different sauce to add in your bowl. Teriyaki was my favorite. Restaurant was clean and we'll organized. Staff was very kind. I enjoyed eating here and will be coming back.

loved it so much. my hubby had the tacos he loved it but said it was a little spicy, I had a bowl with half and half, tofu and the teriyaki sauce I love that they had cilantro and peanuts for the garnishments. I also had the strawberry pink drink, my daughter had the Mano drink and soba noodles which she also loves. All this food, plus 2 extra sides and 2 drinks for 35 bucks really great

My husband and I stopped in, for the first time, to get take out last night around 9pm after having a pretty bad experience at MOD pizza and leaving before we even ordered. What a pleasant and refreshing surprise. The 2 employees that were working the front were so helpful and gave us the most excellent customer service, even though it was right around closing time. I wish I had gotten their names because I definitely want to give kuddos to them, but unfortunately I did not. So, if you were working last night (10/7/23) around closing time, keep up the good work and positivity. Not only will we be returning for the food, which was delicious, but for the exemplary service we received. Thank you!

Fast service, helpful staff, great clean and chill environment. Not usually a fan of Asian food, but I enjoyed it. My wife loved the food and she was the reason for the visit. Can definitely recommend if you like Asian Cuisine.

Excellent choice for healthy, flavorful, and allergy friendly food!! The customization helps you get what you want, and the balance between meat and veggies is awesome.

I highly recommend the bowl options (very big) and add chili paste (it's free).

The drinks were a bonus perk. No carbonation in the juices, but a soda fountain (Pepsi products, I think?) is available too.

First time eating at Zao’s. Excellent customer service and minimal wait time. Clean dining area. I got the chicken salad and their vinaigrette dressing had just the right amount of zing to it, haha. 5/5 will be returning.

Delicious food, fast and friendly service. This place is pretty healthy. You choose between noodles or rice, then your protein and veggies. They also have a few really good sauces to choose from. I will definitely be back.

My favorite thing to get here is the meatball bowl, but they were out of meatballs today 😔. The chicken bowl was good though. Get it with everything on it!

Fresh yummy food, lots of options, well balanced. My husband and I got the tofu and chicken bowls. Each individual ingredient is prepared well and tasty plus they have fancy juices to drink

I love this place. Been going to the one in Bountiful for a while now, and I'm glad they have opened up this new location. The food is always fresh and delicious, and I enjoy their lime cucumber drink that they make fresh. I've gotten my coworkers hooked on this place. You should come in and see why!

Really great food! I love the chicken salad here! It comes with cucumbers, romaine, chicken, rice noodles, carrots, cilantro, and a delicious ginger dressing. It is one of my favorites here!

Great food. I usually order the chicken bowl with rice, but decided to try the tacos today. They were delicious. Same great flavors as in the bowl with a little spice/kick from the sauce they add to the tacos. They come in three flour tortillas with your choice of meat and they add carrots, lettuce and cilantro with two of their great tasting sauces. Definitely will come back for these again soon.

Food was great and very filling . We got a bowl with brown rice and chicken and bowl with yakisoba noodles and steak. Flavor was on point. My rice was a bit more al dente than I would like, but would still go back

Love Zao! It’s one of our absolute favorite places to dine at- this location wasn’t our usual location but just as good. We had chicken, steak and tofu in our rice bowls - always top notch!
