I’ve been using the Graysville post office for about 25 years. I’ve been through quite a few post masters and clerks at this location and I have never had the high level of customer service I have received since Norman took over. Norman takes the time on each visit to make sure that I feel important to the USPS and ensure that everything I need is addressed. If there was a way to give Norman a rating higher than 5 stars I absolutely would! I hate to broadcast this little know secret location but if you are within a 30 minute drive of this office I would recommend you stop using your local location and switch to Graysville and Norman.

My experience was great! The lady behind the counter was more than helpful and she knew her postal information. The only bad part was the “Priority Mail” machine was down so we had to purchase stamps to mail a small box. They need to work on mail placement too because we have received other mail from different addresses. Overall, the place was good. 8/10!

Great customer service when I’ve been here but the store is almost always late opening. I’ve been late to work several times because they aren’t ready to go at 8 am like they should be

We get several neighbor’s mail, and they get ours. An ongoing problem! Our entire community is talking about this lack of service. I called the post office several months ago and spoke to, I assume the Postmaster. She was aware of the carrier and said she’d take care of it. She didn’t! Typical of government service...lack of good management=poor service!

There is a young female worker who is just nothing but rude. Mail doesn't arrive on time or PO box mail is returned/rejected for no reason.
