Hank's Carpet

We just can't say enough good about Hank's Carpet and Flooring!! From the greeting received by Hank, Selecting the Flooring which is awsome !! It's called Alexendria and the wood has such beautiful variations it's captivating! The Contractors that represent Hank's are EXCELLENT!! We received our 48 boxes of flooring on Friday, the young man delivering was so professional and pleasant and worked with great care unloading those heavy boxes!! on Monday the Installer Crew arrived and were absolutely AWSOME!! Jose and his Team are so AMAZING! His Leadership is wonderful! Jose, David and Mario are Pleasant, Professional, Respectful, and Very Gifted in the Skill of Carpentry and Flooring Installation! I enjoyed their presence in our home, and we even broke bread together. I prepared food for them by my own will (it was great to feel comfortable staying in our home, while they worked) to my surprise they did the dishes after lunch!! Should we ever have need for flooring again we will be at Hank's and requesting Jose and his team.

I have attached pictures of the work in progress, our carpet was 18 years old, we had been saving for the day to have these beautiful floors installed! The quality and price was just RIGHT!
You will notice the details are perfect: Door Thresholds, Caulking, Trim, Neat and methodical manner of working! Always cleaning up after the days work!

Every time we’ve ever gone to Hank’s they are super helpful! We recently purchased a runner rug for our kitchen through Lola Pate, which is part of Hank’s. Payton was great! I ended up special ordering one since I needed a specific size. She took the time to listen and offer advice as to what we could do. Not every manufacturer offers different size runners. The whole process was amazing!!! Service like no other. We love the quality and beauty of our new rug!!! Will always go back to see Payton/Hank’s for future flooring and rugs.

Hanks is awesome. They have a large selection and great prices. However, the customer service sets them apart. It's like buying from family. I have been there at least 10 times over the last 15 years and I always leave happy.

This place is awesome! We worked with Dan to get our flooring. He has so wonderful to work with and the price for the floors we got were awesome. He made sure we got a good deal, and got our floors in on time. We did a second order with him yesterday and the floors were installed the next day! The guys that came to the house to install both times have been super professional and nice. We can’t be happier with our floors, they look so so good! Thanks Dan, you’re the best!!

Quality products at low prices. Have purchased carpet and LVP from them and have been very pleased. The staff is very kind and helpful. Great local Mom n Pop flooring store to get what you are looking for at low prices. Highly recommend.

Love Hanks! He is so nice and went out of his way to help me when a room in my house needed new carpet and I wasn't able to drive to pick out my carpet. He was able to arrange for me to view samples from my home. Amazing place and toom looks wonderful.

We had such a great experience at Hanks! It was definitely the smoothest part of our home renovation. Our salesman was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Pricing was great. Installation was beautiful and they were able to do it quickly after placing our order. We will definitely be using Hanks again and making sure to let others know how great they were!

I cannot recommend Hank's Carpet enough! Every time I called or had a question, they were super helpful and quick with an answer. Dan in sales has so much experience and helped me pick out exactly what I wanted for our forever home. Dee and Paul, our installers were so awesome. They were both very respectful of our home (after other contractors had not been) and were done with our upstairs job when they said they would be. They are coming back next week to complete our downstairs and I can't wait to move into the house and get to enjoy our beautiful new floors! Thank you again to Hank's Carpet!

A family friend recommended that we check out Hank’s and I’m so glad! My first visit I was greeted and assisted by Rick. I wasn’t quite sure what I wanted in a carpet so he answered my questions and gave me some pros and cons. I left having a better idea of what I wanted. A few days later, my husband and I went in and with Stone’s help we ordered our carpet and set up an install date! Our installers, Chris and Ken, were great! They showed up with friendly smiles and were so respectful to me and our home. They worked hard and it shows! Our floors look wonderful! Thank you thanks for an all around great experience!

We used Hanks' Carpet for both Vinyl plank flooring and Carpet. Could not be happier with their selection, and service. Would recommend them to anyone!!

My home inspector and another friend suggested Hanks carpets when I asked them for suggestions on flooring. Hanks had what I wanted, measured perfectly, and my flooring was installed this morning. It is beautiful. Thank you Dan, Amy, and another wonderful gentleman for doing a great job with installation today.

Very friendly, helpful staff. They offer an array of pricing on all their flooring, from very large area rugs to carpets, and hardwood flooring. We picked the flooring we were wanting, paid for it, drove around to the side door and they loaded up our truck!

My husband and I visited Hank's on a Saturday and arrived 30 minutes or so before closing. Alfredo met us at the door and we told him we knew they were closing soon so we would hurry. He said "No rush, take your time" and I was impressed by his knowledge of the products and customer service. It's the little things like that that make you want to give a company your business to. Don came out to our place and took measurements and he was on time and so friendly. The installation went as planned and we are in LOVE with our floors. We live in Cleveland, TN and would recommend all of our friends and family to take the drive to Hank's Carpet for all of their flooring needs! Thank you all again!

We have used Hank's twice now and had a great experience both times. Most recently we had a bonus room completed and the installer did a great job. Very professional, on time, and quality work. Would definitely use Hank's again for our flooring needs.

Good quality product and awesome service, Stone was so helpful and patient with us! We have used them for years and never have been disappointed! Would and have recommended to many people! The installer Casey was was so nice and polite, always answered our phone calls, did great work!

Was recommended to Hank's by my Contractor and was very satisfied with flooring choices and prices. Install rates were fair as well. They were very patient with me on making my choices to stay within my budget. Very friendly salesman with no pressure. Will be back to check out rugs.

We had to get new carpet due to mold on our subfloor. The moment we walked into Hank’s they were friendly and helpful. We found exactly what we were looking for and the price was great! The installation team was professional and did a wonderful job installing our new carpet. We will be continuing to use Hank’s Carpet for all our flooring needs.

Took a quick trip down to Tunnel Hill to see if we could find something to use throughout our home. Hank's has everything! Even that super cool SPC vinyl plank flooring, which we bought a day later thanks to Tyler! He let us take home a sample, check our coloring and answered all our questions. Honestly, we probably would've kept shopping around had we not had Tyler walking us through everything. Great experience all the way around!
