Some of the nicest people I ever met 🙂. Very kind and helpful. I love this Post office. I have never had any problem with them. They are wonderful people and always have my mail ready for me to pick up from my PO box by 11 in the morning. Thank you all.

I'm so beyond upset. I have been expecting an expensive package for two weeks now.The Gridley post office misplaced my package when it was out for delivery. They orriginally said a key was dropped off in my mailbox which I couldn't find. Then changed the story and they put the actual package in my box. Which I still couldnt find. I'm so irritated. If you lost my stuff how can I get it back give me a solution . If by mistake they put it in someone else's box how can I track it. I was supposed to receive other important mail in my box that day but of course the package disappeared.

Horrible, most unprofessional, unethical service. Missing mail, Even police report was filed. No call backs, no remorse from postal personnel. Unfortunately, I question the integrity of the USPS in Gridley, CA...Beware. I had to check one star but in reality no stars are deserved in this situation.

Sent a package to my mother and the (blank) carrier tossed the package on her cement porch (instead of being respectful of people’s packages) plus the package was stamped “FRAGILE” so the jerk tossed it and what I sent her was broken!! I think the claim money should come out of his pay check. BIG JERK that delivers mail around the area of the old Libby’s cannery!!!

Every day we receive mail for the wrong customers. We have even found mail laying in the ditch by the mailbox. These carriers need to do a much better job!!!

Lazy and rude staff, they acted like I was bothering them. They obviously didn't want to do their job. Also expensive, cost me more to mail my package than at Oroville UPS and UPS was very friendly.

I always have to pick up my packages because they alway say that the couldn’t get to my door.might as well stop delivering packages.would give it -5 star if I could🖕🏽I pay for prime

The lazy carrier has delivered the “signature required “ slips rather than the MEDICATION SENT TO ME OVERNIGHT!!! 3 out of the last five months!!!! When I do go to the post office the employees act “put out “!!!

Lost two packages and they never answer the phone
