Applebee's Grill + Bar

Oh my Goodness!!!❤ Everyone and Everything was excellent. We got seated ASAP. We had our order for a beverage rite then as we sat. The not even 5 minutes we put our food order in. About 20 minutes for our food order to come to our table. Amazing food. Had Fish and fries, my son had shrimp and Mac and cheese, that had bacon on it. He loved that. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸👍👍👍

We had dinner and our service was excellent. The food was delicious and I lost my phone and the hostess took the time helping me with a with a smile. Her name was Hailey.

My wife and I ended up in Dunkirk, NY dodging a snow mess. Roads were closed, the entire community was sheltering in. But Applebee's was still serving food til midnight. The waitress was beyond spectacular. 100% and A++

Order came out w cheese on it, which I was not a huge fan of however it didn't ruin it. Steak was good not great but butter sauce was fantastic and the potatoes were melting in your mouth. The server was amazing. Super great at her job. She made she we were well take care of and had the things we needed, checked on us multiple times and was always friendly. The tables were not sticky but the booths were extremely cold. Bathrooms were very clean as well, mixed drinks were delicious and made w the right ingredients. Wonderful experience.

Best Applebee's by far. We had a large, thirsty table, and Felicia took really good care of us. The food was hot and fresh, and well made. Drinks were generous on the liquor. I will definitely come back!

Went in and got seated right away . The waitress took our order . The meal was out in a jiffy . First time since the pandemic I've eaten out in a restaurant, prices have skyrocketed!

Nick the bartender was absolutely fantastic. Best service I’ve had in the area. . Cheerful even though it was late. I asked for a signature drink with less mix and he did so with a smile. Not all bartenders are so nice about special requests. Highly recommend sitting at the bar. Throw back to the classic courteous bartender.Five stars!

I've been meaning to write a review for a while. I am a student and love to come to Applebee's to work and have a dinner by myself. All of the waiters I've ever had have been so kind and attentive. They always welcome me in and take amazing care of me, they even welcome me back if they recognize me and it always makes me smile. To all the staff at the Dunkirk Applebee's, keep being amazing!!!

I absolutely love this place. The server was awesome with helping me pick my wine and steak. This will always be our go to place.

This was probably one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. Ava was our server. She was super personable, and was able to keep up with my refills. The food came out hot & quick. The manager Bobby, checked to see how things were on this visit. Very happy with everything. I really felt this team provided LEGENDARY customer service on all levels!! Will definitely be back!!

I went to this location recently with a good friend. We were looking for a ladies night out for some specialty drinks, food and a pleasant atmosphere to be able to have conversation. We had Ava as our waitress, she was great and even asked what we generally enjoy in adult beverages, and then shared recommendations with us of the recent specialty drinks. She was quick to get our drinks from the bar, our munchies, and then our main meals. Talk about efficiency with a smile. Ava you rock!

Had lunch here yesterday and was expecting the usual "I don't wanna be here" service but surprisingly my waitress was amazing!! Her name was Kendra, she did a great job of making sure the food was hot, drinks were full and good conversation in between. I will definitely be going back, wonderful food and a great service. A+

We were all very hungry and it was busy. Ava was our server. She was awesome. She was upbeat and very personable. The store manager stopped by our table to see how our food was. I told Bobby this meal was OUTSTANDING! Thank you for a great experience!

My server did a great job taking over for our 1st server that had an emergency. I think she may have went in to labor after getting our drink order. The other servers were happy and joking around about her leaving so I assume it wasn’t bad. Food took a little long, but was because another server and the manager looked to be playing catch up when she left with another server.

Great service at this location, which has a 'sports bar' feel, yet family friendly. The Southwest Chicken Salad was amazing, according to my better half. I had the Crispy Chicken Bacon burger - also excellent! Definitely recommend a stop here!!

they were very visibly short staffed on the day i went. even so, we were very quickly sat and the manager did a great job taking lots of tables and serving us quickly alone. she also did an amazing job talking to her employees and continued to tell them they were doing great jobs.
