4 full weeks trying to replace a "lost" order of 10 WINDOWS! Representative just said he will have to "LOOK UP" to tell me if a replacement order has been placed (Invoice is paid) !! 5+ weeks ago was first try to get this package delivered; 4 weeks ago I was told a replacement order would be made. 3 weeks ago I was again promised. We have some 3 story rehab projects with rented man lift, subcontractors, tenants, etc. - I should of went somewhere else instead of trying to work with the company that bought out ProBuild. I've been a commercial and residential contractor for over 30 years and have never seen anything like this TERRIBLE, UNRESPONSIVE, SERVICE (even corporate headquarters)!
