This is my Favorite Lowes around Birmingham area. It is worth the drive to Leeds to shop.
Very Courteous employees.

Was trying to find a DIY solution to now having screens on my apt. So associate took me to the screens and had to find a way to secure it o to window Fram. Epoxy and resin by gorilla glue!!!! Works great screens r in place and can open my windows now very happy

Went to get some paint mixed. No one was there so I had to ask an associate to page someone. I waited maybe 5 minutes until someone arrived. She was knowledgeable in all types and finishes available. She and a helper mixed up 3 different colors for a total of 10 gallons of paint. They were fast and efficient.

I love Lowe's . I'll pass 2 home depot to get to a Lowe's .

Regardless of whatever state where a Lowes is located, the service is super. The merchandise is always in the same location of each store location and I usually always find whatever I need.

This Loews has their inventory on their app and website correctly. I got in, grabbed what I needed and was out back in my truck in 10 minutes. Clean and tidy store. Everything I was looking was exactly where the app said it was. Asile, and bin locations.

Got assistance on the way in the door. Item was excitedly where we were told. The electric cart I used was comfortable and fully charged. The store was well stocked and we found everything we were looking for.
We checked out quickly.
Fair prices too.
The parking lot was a little dark in spots.

Online order with store pickup is fantastic. Both times, the order was ready within 2 hours of placing order and pickup at the counter was less than 3 minutes. Order ready was 24 hours faster than the big orange and pickup was 18 minutes faster. Lowe's is focused on getting you back on the job so you can get a return on the investment you just made.

The Leeds Lowe's team was awesome! Lee was of great help in getting me situated with a riding mower and was able to have it assembled in a timely manner for my needs! I had tried getting taken care of at 2 other locations and Lee definitely went above and beyond as well as the friendly staff in customer service. They assisted me with the entire process with patience and got my warranty activated for me. Thanks Leeds Lowe's and thanks Lee for your service to our country. Very proud Lowe's places such value in veterans both as a customer and for their employees.

Bought a product at 950pm. Called at 930pm to confirm they had it..made the run, when we got there Keith had it pulled and was waiting for us at the register. Got back home, product didn't work. 6am we walk back into lowes and are greeted by the store manager, Robert. I explain in detail what happened and without hesitation Robert says. "I can do an exchange for you". He then walked back to retrieve the new one and helped us load it. The entire experience was actually refreshing. We are from a small town...did not expect such great service from a big city store. Thank you Robert, and Keith.

Ordered a chest freezer the night before since it was on same and there was only one left. They emailed me the next evening when it was ready. At first, they couldn't find my order, but it was because another employee had already grabbed it and was headed towards me, so they just crossed paths. They were polite and easy to deal with.

Kayla in Flooring/Shades and Blinds. If it hadn’t been for Kayla I would not have spent right over $1500 on window treatments. It’s a big purchase for me for just two windows. I reviewed that experience separately.
