Spacious, clean, very well maintained! Such much peace comes from having this home! We love it! We didn't realize how awful the last place we lived was, from the property management to the actual property it was just awful. So many hidden fees every month!

Really nice property, the ladies in the office are very helpful. Caitlin and Haylee were very nice and jumped up to help when we came through the door. Lots of amenities like a pool, basketball court, gym, dog park. The property is tucked away off of the main road so it’s nice and quiet. We had a lot of questions because we’re from out of state and the staff was able to give us all the info we needed. We were there for awhile and they didn’t make us feel rushed at all. Highly recommend!

My wife and I had been planning to move up to the area, and we had heard good things about One West.

When we stopped by to take a look for ourselves, we were impressed by several things.
The staff was so friendly and helpful that we knew working with them would be a breeze. Specifically we worked with Hailee through the process. She was knowledgeable and thorough during our tour of the unit and property. She made us feel welcome.

The model apartment was clean and felt quite spacious. We could absolutely see ourselves living in that space. The grounds are well-maintained, and it is clear that the keepers of this property take good care of it.

Unfortunately something in our lives came up, and we were unable to move here. If ever our lives bring us back to this neck of the woods, One West would be at the top of my short list for apartments to check out.

My wife and I have only lived here a short time but so far we have been so impressed by One West, their facilities and their team!

When we first went to tour the apartments, we were blown away at how well they were treated and the quality of care that they had been given. The apartments are well-built, very well maintained and the new modern style adds that extra “cherry on top”; my wife and I instantly loved them and decided to give them a shot. Jessica from the office was so helpful and was a great pleasure to work with in helping us get approved, set up, and moved into our new home!

Since our move-in, I can 100% say that it has been a very enjoyable experience for my wife and I! Their office staff is so kind and very professional at handling maintenance requests, and always answers our questions very respectfully and promptly.

Not long ago we had an appliance that went out, we reported it to the office and not two hours later Chase (from their maintenance team) showed up and installed new parts for the appliances and had everything up and running perfectly in no time at all! He was so careful at making sure that he left everything just as he had found it; and he was very helpful in letting us know what his plan was and assured us that he’d make sure everything was running top notch once again! Not only that but he left everything so clean and tidy when he was done! Definitely unique for the experiences that I’ve had compared to other complexes!

I WOULD 100% RECOMMEND ONE WEST TO EVERYONE!

I love living here at One West the office staff are very friendly, maintenance guys come the same day most of the time and fix what needs to be done very nice friendly, and make sure that they clean up after themselves.

As soon as I walked in to One West I was greeted by Haley, she is very informative and was able to answered all my questions. Katelyn took the time to show me all the amenities and several different apartments. They both made me
feel welcomed. All the green space and having the walking trail so close are a big plus. I will never forget my experience with these girls!

Just moved in, I had to make a big life change that was very hard! Living here has made the transition so much better than I expected and I am really enjoying this community! The apartments are upscale and modern, and the location is GREAT! Management has been VERY helpful with answering all my questions too., but the most impressive to me is the staff Laura, Chris and Jardee. They are friendly, so helpful and they really care about us residents. Jardee the manager always goes above and beyond to ensure that us residents are happy with our living situation. I would definitely recommend living at One West.

I will soon be moving out-of-state but I wanted to post a review before leaving. I have enjoyed living at One West these past two years. The community is not only attractive but offers many different amenities - which I have used. The Management team is professional - they are very nice and always accommodating. I've only had a handful of maintenance issues in the past two years and the response time to these requests and the quality of the work has been excellent. It's a nice place to live.

We lived in the One West community for three years and really enjoyed being there. The clubhouse, pool, gym, and common areas were always clean and well maintained. Both the management and maintenance staff were always friendly and prompt to resolve any issues we had.
If we ever need to rent in the future we'll definitely check One West for availability.

Yesterday I had a tour of the apartments. It was a great experience! Jessica was awesome. She was very informative and had great questions for me and great answers to my questions. Putting in my application in the next day or two and I can’t wait.

One West is a great place to live. The apartments are spacious, beautiful inside and out. The amenities are fun to have for the whole family. The staff is amazing and always very helpful. Like I said, We love it here!

Me and my fiancee have been living here for almost a year and have signed to be here for another. I can easily say that this is the nicest apartment complex I've lived in. Everything is beautiful and modern and well built. The staff is all very kind and helpful. Any issues we have had have been solved almost immediately and they are really on top of upkeep here. Couldn't recommend it enough!

One West was helpful with the renting process and always available when we need anything. This is the first community that the communication and announcements has been on point. The apartments are well built and taken care of. We hope to be here for a long time!

Me and my sister moved in December of 2020, and I have to say that I am absolutely pleased. It's a nice clean quiet community, the neighbors for the most part are very friendly. Mallory has been absolutely. She is very sweet, knowledgeable, very on point and professional. I would withnout a doubt recommend and refer family and friends to lease an apartment. I LOVE this apartment complex. The apartments are spacious, clean, beautiful and modern. The amenities are great, but what is most impressive to me is the management staff. They are by far the best management I have ever worked with. They are friendly, helpful and really care about residents having a great experience. The manager Jardee seems to know everyone by name and is willing to go above and beyond to ensure residents are happy with their living situation. I would highly recommend living at One West.

I have lived here for almost 2 years. My first year was great and wonderful. Beautiful apartments and management has always been so helpful. Let's move into 2020 when I lost my job, got in 2 car accidents (neither my fault) and just a bad luck streak. Rent has had to be late almost monthly. I can not thank One West enough for going above and beyond while I try to play catch up. They have been so understanding as long as I have stayed in contact with them and have helped me remain calm. Mallory and Victoria in the front office are always very sweet and non judgemental about my situation. It will be a sad day when I move from One West. Thank you for helping y kids and I stay in a home.

Love, love, love this apartment community. Getting everything taken care of online was very convenient and made the transition from 700 miles away so much easier. The office staff is AMAZING. They are always helpful and willing to give that extra bit of service needed without hesitation AND with a smile. The owners of the complex were great to talk with; they were concerned with making sure everything was perfect. Having an accessible apartment, they were genuinely concerned with the details and asked for ideas that would help to make it even more liveable. All-in-all I give it a 10 out of 10.

I rented my new apartment at One West Apartments in mid-April, but due to my own circumstances, was not able to physically move in until May. Since I have moved in I have received nothing but professional courtesy from every member of management and it is, quite honestly, the best experience I've ever had in renting an apartment. Jardee, Chris and Lauren are consummate professionals, but beyond that, they are very friendly and truly want to make sure you have a good experience!

They made certain my apartment was ready to go from the beginning and that I would have no trouble moving in right away without incident. And these apartments are absolutely BEAUTIFUL! They are roomy, up-to-date on the latest styles, granite counters throughout, gorgeous lighting, tons of storage space, stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher that actually leaves your dishes SHINING clean - I've never had an apartment dishwasher do that - an ice maker in the freezer... I could go on and on! Suffice to say, I have experienced living like I really never expected in an apartment complex. It is quiet, clean, has beautiful views, kind and respectful neighbors and a very "homey" atmosphere. I love coming home to my apartment here, and appreciate it even more so when the previous place I lived was a HORROR story of epic proportions. One West has my highest endorsement and I am extremely happy here.

I also need to touch on maintenance... they have done the small things and a couple larger things I needed done, always within a 24-hour turnaround time. That is unheard of in every apartment community I've ever lived in - but not here. It is a professional goal they chose - to have a turnaround time of 48 hours or less, but they always manage to do it more quickly. They are kind, professional and very accommodating to my strange schedule requests (I'll leave notes on the door if I need them to come at a certain time, and they always manage to work around me)!

I've read all the reviews before I posted my experience, and honestly cannot comprehend the reviews that were one star. I get everyone has their personal expectations, but it seems to me these folks must have just had a bad day. I've not experienced anything except a clean and professional place to live and hope you will give One West a chance when you are looking for apartments.

I was in a bind coming up on a house closing, move to another state along with an extended absence out of country so all I needed was a short term rental at a reasonable price. One West was very accommodating to my situation and worked with me on a solution. The staff at One West is highly responsive, extremely personable, and while a large complex they still made me feel known. The apartment was very clean and well maintained with good layout; large kitchens and master closet! The grounds and amenities are well maintained with a fun basketball/activity court, large pool with cook-out area and plenty of parking! Note that the facility is next to an airport and in a light industrial area so there is additional truck/airplane noise, however as a positive it is ideally located a minute from Main street and minutes from I15. Overall my experience was extremely positive and I highly recommend One West based on the staff (6 Stars!), apartment layout, amenities, and overall value.
