Kroger Pharmacy

I work there currently and I have filled there for 10 years. I never understood how much work goes into filling prescriptions or how long things actually take I have so much respect for the pharmacy team here. Many patients don’t understand the long wait times are attributed to the other patients in front of them. Many of the issues that happen at pharmacies are due to patients not understanding how the process works so have respect for those who do the job so you don’t have to.

Stopped in to pick up meds and they weren't in stock, but they called around until they found them for me and called to confirm so I can pick up! Very happy with this!

I have work in a pharmacy before and it isn’t easy. Customer service is very hard and you have to be polite and compassionate when others are yelling and cussing at you. Thank you for what you do!

Really like managing prescriptions in one place. Have a lot of them! Answer questions when I have them. Insurance changing in January and have to mail order - dreading that!! And will sure miss the fuel points!

My daughter was having issues with the Kroger pharmacy near her college (University of Cincinnati) and the pharmacist in Sunbury spoke to the one in Cincinnati and helped us out tremendously. I just wanted to say thank you and it is greatly appreciated.

Anytime my family is sick, my scripts are ready to be picked up within 20 minutes or so.

I have had some terrible experiences at this pharmacy lately. From having antibiotics called in by the doctor and the pharmacy just doesn’t fill it. When I called, we were told it would be 5 days. I mean do they get no training at all? You can’t wait 5 days for that. There should have been a call made to us. I’ve also been the victim of the long drive thru waits. However, today Jake was amazing. He was fast and efficient!!! Great addition! I would give him 5 stars. I just can’t bring myself to give the pharmacy as a whole the 5 because I just don’t believe it will be good next time.

This place is below-bar compared to other Kroger Pharmacies I used in the past. Staffs here are less trained on customer service; also less professional than other Metro Columbus area’s Kroger pharmacies. The most important thing is that its staffs ALWAYS have excuses for any mistakes they made no matter what! NEVER apologize to customers for their wrong doings, even when some mistakes can cause big health issue. ALWAYS EXCUSES!

So frustrating. They never seem to have my sons medication even though it’s the same thing needed literally at the same time every month. You’d think with auto refill they would then have it exactly when needed. There’s a huge flaw in the system. This is not a one time thing but has now happened consistently for the last 6 months.

Pharmacist are too busy apparently answer your question when you call in. They just put you on hold. When it rings back they do it again and again until you hang up. Guess I need to switch to a pharmacy that can actually help you so you make sure you don't mix meds that maybe you shouldn't🤷🏼‍♀

Staff is incredibly rude and unwilling to help. Would not look up my insurance to have it added to my account. Then , i had to go back a second time because my prescription wasn’t done and they were still unwilling to look up my insurance information. Took 5 days to get my prescription with no explanation.

My advice is don’t work in a pharmacy if you have zero petiole skills. Taking my business elsewhere.

Absolutely THE WORST pharmacy. I now have to make sure I call DAYS ahead of time to have a prescription ready even though they tell me when it'll be ready by, it never is. I was late on my birth control bc they're systems were down a whole day one month. Each time I come here, it's something. Now, they no longer honor good rx coupons. Something I heavily rely on. Forget this place. Worst place to have something filled.
