This was my first time shopping at Conns. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy and smooth things went. I went in to find two matching nightstands in a dark wood. I found three different styles to choose from, all comparably priced. The sales person was helpful the transaction was quick. I was delighted to find out that the nightstands were in stock at the warehouse and I was able to pick them up within the hour. I did not even realize that Conns sold furniture. It will definitely be my first stop in the future

I applied online for credit and was pre approved. I received a call the next day from Mike and he confirmed what I needed to make my approval official. I went to the Antioch TN location where Mike greeted me as I walked in! He helped me leave with dining room set with a buffet stand and bedroom set with the credit I was approved for! He was very thorough about the process as far as payments and delivery! Thanks so much for all the help!

I had a wonderful and easy experience. It stares with me looking online, getting pre-approved. The salesman Mile called me right away and asked if I had any questions, his professionalism was superb. When I got to the store I had my mind set on one brand however, after talking to Mike I got a better appliance cheaper!!! I will definitely be back!!!

Just bought a washer/dryer here yesterday! I worked with Chris & he was very nice, straight to the point, informative, and helpful. The process was very easy and the delivery was everything that was promised.

The same day I got a confirmation time for next day delivery, I requested an early delivery and they honored it for Mother’s Day! Delivery guys came and was literally in and out within 15-20 minutes despite them having to carry a heavy washer/dryer up 3 flights of steps. I will update my review on the actually quality of the washer/dryer but so far it’s very nice and updated. :) I will come back for sure.

The sales clerk that assisted me was very nice and pleasant. He was very knowledgeable on all the appliances and very patient as I went through my selection process. I was very pleased with the financing process also. The same sales clerk did all the paperwork, so it literally was a one-stop-shopping experience. My appliances were set to be delivered the next day. I will definitely be a returning customer and highly recommend you to do all your furniture and appliance shopping at Conn’s Home Plus store!!!

Edit 2: They managed to get this issue resolved and Holy cow, did they resolve it quick.

Upon further pressure trying to get this resolved, they are currently working to either get a partial delivery set up so I have a bed, or allowing me to come in and rewrite the contract to allow for pickup of my bed and bedframe.

Purchased a dresser, bed, and bed frame via financing. Things were in stock and were going to be delivered the 16th, even though I explicitly stated during the purchase they needed to be delivered the 21st.

So, I made sure the delivery was rescheduled for the 21st, since that's when I get the keys for the lease. No big deal right?

Except between those two timeframes they apparently sold my dresser to someone else, and now they are magically out of stock and won't deliver the other items until the dresser is back in stock. That means, I have no bed to sleep on.

When I asked to split the invoice I was told no, and hung up on by a gentleman at 5:00pm at the antioch store.

If this is the way Conns operates, I regret doing business with them.

If conns can make this right, I will change my review.

Conn’s made everything so easy from the time I walked into the store to the time I walked out. When I entered I was greeted by many associates. I had been pre-approved and had already spoke with Mike. He immediately went to work seeing what I needed for my new place. He was very patient and very kind. After I finished picking what I would need for my home he had the manager come and confirm all the items I would be purchasing, he too was very nice. I am very pleased with my experience and will continue to shop at Conn’s whenever I need more furniture. I also have already started telling people about Conn’s.

Great experience. Found just what I was looking for. Called the store on Tuesday evening spoke to Shawn the Mgr, who was very knowledgeable of my needs.
Visited the Store today, on Wednesday and big shout out to Josh, my sales person. He was just on top of everything. Every question I ask him, he had the answer. It was a very QUICK SALE & PLEASANT. NOW, very excited for my delivery on FRIDAY.

Mike was great from the initial reaching out follow-up call to the final paperwork. There was easy access to the appliances and the prices were listed clearly. The delivery will occur a day and a half after purchase. Thanks!

Chase is a phenomenal sales associate. He worked tirelessly to make sure the errors made by the creditors on my application were corrected. He was very professional and super easy to talk to. He’s going to be a General Manager one day if he keeps going like he’s going. He was absolutely perfect. I could not have asked for a better sales associate. Chase was on the case!

I had the best experience at Conn’s furniture store purchasing a Freezer. My Sales Associates were Terrance Glenn and Ramon Martinize. Between the both Sales Associates I got everything I needed. They were both efficient and thorough. There pleasing personality went a long way with me as well. If I need any furniture or more appliances in the future I will look up these two Associates to make my purchases. They really worked hard for me. I received my freezer the next day. Oh happy day.😃
