AMAZING experience at this location today. I’m new in town and had difficulty finding the location. I called the shop; a young woman answered the phone, I told her I needed help locating the shop. I was given excellent instructions based on my current location and she stood at the road to wave me in. Upon entering the shop, it was neat, clean and organized. The shop owner was warm and welcoming…the woman on the phone who gave me instructions was the shop owner’s 13 year old daughter! This young lady was extremely professional over the phone, in person and a valuable asset in the store; she helped her Dad/Owner locate my package. The owner’s two younger children were in the shop, they were polite, respectful and engaging. I appreciate that this is a customer and family oriented business. I will definitely return for future shipping, mailing and retail services.

We had very good experience. Michael helped us ship a package to our son in Germany. He was very patient and helped us figure the right way to ship it!!

The lady was super nice. She let me use the drop-off and priority envelope with no hassle. For those who don't know, any small package service stores (UPS store, Kinko's, any private franchise ) are in no way run or managed by the company they ship through. They can charge any price they want. ( There is a certain UPS store in HP that I know at one time charged 120% increase on ground freight boxes. It's not robbery, it's just good business. If you want published rates, make a FedEx account for yourself.
