My package was marked as delivered but wasn't in my mailbox. I went to the Kernersville location, and the employees and supervisor assisted me by immediately and used GPS tagging to locate it in a nearby mailbox and helped me get the package. Everyone was very helpful and kind.

This post office has the best customer service. I usually have someone different each time I come but they are always nice. I have even came here in the past for my passport and I've had a really nice experience. Even at busy times I haven't waited very long.
If I have to, I go out of my way to come here.
I recently had some misplaced mail and I went there with the tracking number, they were so kind and assisted me in tracking down, locating my mail.

I’ve been to many post offices, but this is by far my favorite one. I’ve gone here dozens, if not hundreds, of times at this point and every one of their employees is always kind and helpful.

They also have a self-serve kiosk which is great for being able to send packages or buy postage after-hours.

Jevon was so kind and helpful! I was really stressed out about getting a passport and he made it not terrible!

I would like to give a long distance shout out to the staff and in particular to Keba for their patience and going above and beyond locating a package I had shipped from SC. I had inadvertently put the wrong address and then used the package intercept option. The package was delivered to the address that I put on the package, and so I thought the intercept didn't work. But it actually did. I had requested the package be returned to me. So two days later I received a text stating the package was intercepted ...I thought okay it's on its way back. Two hours later a text stated it was delivered to the mailbox in Kernersville, which I thought was wrong. After a phone call (I was very frustrated and not nice) I was told the postmaster was going to do the investigation. I gave the correct address to them (which was also Kernersville).
Come to find out it was delivered to the correct address the second time.
Keba was very gracious and I need to apologize for my attitude and the way I spoke with her. She helped so much to solve this situation. I wish I could give her 100 stars.

I see a lot of negative post but I would just like to say that Melissa deserves recognition !! She was very pleasant to deal with and even took me in early for my appointment. She greeted with a “hello” and smile. Thanks for a great experience!

Had a package to be sent out today and Mitchelle was so very helpful. Great personality and she was very quick. Was my first time shipping anything so she explained the prices for me and which would be the best way to ship my package. She was Awesome!! Thank you Mitchelle! I give a 5 star!!

I just wanted to say how much I love this USPS location. Each and every visit, I am ALWAYS welcomed with super friendly smiles and positive attitudes. Mrs. Kathy, Mr. John, Mrs. Michelle, and the other 3 ladies ROCK! They always help me mail my packages with ease. My mail lady, Mariah, also ROCKS! Great job, guys!

I go out of my way just to go to this post office whenever I need to mail package. Alisha is THE BEST and is always so nice and helpful. She always takes care of me and makes it easy. I don’t dread going to the post office like I used to because of the staff at this location.

Excellent service at this location. Package from out of town with wrong address was sent & when we discovered the error contacted them by phone and 24 hours later the package had been located & they called to tell me it is in our mailbox! Very polite & prompt correction of a problem that wasn’t technically theirs to solve!

The lines are not usually long here. There is a postal machine outside in the lobby to weigh and get postage for packages and letters. You can also buy stamps. There are drop offs for after hours and post office boxes available to rent. The USPS also sells greeting cards and commemorative items.

Went in to renew passport. John was tremendously helpful and made a complicated process very easy!

Michelle went out of her way to ensure that my letter wouldn't bend in the mail. Great and quick service!

Great staff. Very helpful and pleasant. All services available including passport photos.

The window clerks at this office are TOP RATE!! VERY friendly and VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE about all postal products and services!
