My husband and I visited Fred Caldwell for the first time for an oil change, the service was great but we ran into an issue with my warranty (through another dealership). Chris was exceptional in helping to get the issue ironed out, I can't thank him enough! I'm grateful I found a trustworthy dealership close to home.

Greg was wonderful and very knowledgeable. Called him, told him what I was looking for. He found my Tahoe and had the deal worked out before the vehicle hit the lot. Financing was easy and quick. In and Out in two hours. This is the second vehicle purchased from Greg and Fred Caldwell Chevy and will refer anyone looking for a new vehicle to Greg.

Probably the Best dealership I have ever dealt with in my car buying life. For the first time ever I felt no pressure, no trying to keep me in the dealership as a hostage trying to "make a deal", Provided me with numbers outside of the dealership, and worked hard to ensure they got the best rates for me in the end. Martin and his team are wonderful! I recently purchased a 2020 Silverado from them, and it was a complete breeze. I drove down to Clover from Charlotte to test drive the truck and knew we wanted to purchase the vehicle. Martin and his team did a wonderful job repairing some minor scratches, servicing and detailing the truck before delivering to me on a Saturday morning that worked with my schedule. We had a complete brake job done on my Silverado in Jacksonville. While visiting. When we came home it had a bad shake when braking at highway speed. We called Arhen in service.Fred Caldwell. He got us in quickly and replaced the front rotors N/C GM warranty. Thank you for making it right. Excellent service.

The people at this dealership are kind and helpful. I sold my vehicle to them in October, and although there were some bumps in the road caused by my title being lost in the mail, the owner Martin, put in extta effort to make up for the inconvenience and to ensure I felt important while helping me resolve the title issues. Hands down the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Our salesperson Greg made us feel comfortable and was very knowledgeable about the inventory.
