The Children's Place

I have shopped at many places but Ms Beverly at the Mall of Ga Children’s Place provided great customer service and made my day. She is a joy every time I see her in the store and I appreciate having a pleasant place to shop. Thank you for being a bright light when shopping for good quality clothes at a great value!

I love this children place! The staff are always courteous, and respectful. They call to make me aware when packages arrive and allow me time to pick them up.
And the store is well stocked and clean!

Love my experience here I'm not sure why it has 3 stars but I will say that this store is A LOT more nicer then the commerce location, the customer service is the best here 🙂☺

Like every review within the past year at least has been about the bad attitudes and poor customer service, and that's spot on.

I don't even prefer to give 1 star because they have a very bad attitude. Looks like they are overworked too many hours of shifts exhausted, tired, and irritated. Management needs to consider seriously.

I always go and shop here but it’s usually online, today I had some time and wanted to buy my child some summer clothes and I walked into this store and was Instantly being followed. I’m black and there was a white family shopping on the other end but yet the security guard and store Rep that pretended to fold clothes kept eyeing me. It’s crazy because I confronted the situation and they tried to make excuses. I had shopping bags in my hand from Abercrombie & Fitch Kids, Gap Kids, so trust me nothing in that store was worth stealing. I’ve never been profiled and to be treated this way when we live in the area in a $700,000.00 house and pay taxes on is insane. Do better. Just because you see on the news some black people steal don’t mean we all do. I make more money than everyone in that store including the mall security officer or maybe they didn’t see my huge diamond ring. But to be profiled like that because of my skin tone is insane. Zero stars if that was an option. Person who answered the phone refused to see if they had any tights in 3t, we are to busy. I wouldn't have minded if I needed to wait or even call back later but you are tell me you're soooooooooooo busy you can check for an item for me. Poor customer service.

VERY poor customer service. The older lady Ms. Beverly had a bad attitude the whole time. Very short tempered and impatient with customers. Outwardly expressing her impatience is what tripped me out. How are you in a business that serves customers with an attitude like that?

No they are not over worked or tired. They just don’t want to work and have bad attitudes. The first time I came to this location I came in the morning time and the lady there was rolling her eyes, ringing me up in a bad mood. My mom came right after she finished ringing me up however the lady there I believe was a wolf because she huffed and puffed, upset because she had to ring me up again for that other item my mom brought up to the counter. Today I went to return an item that I ordered online and the same lady was there, I was really hoping the last time was just a one time thing but no today was worse. She started to bicker at her coworker of how she hates people buying stuff online and going to return it, she stated that it just made no sense to her why people did that. I don’t know if the lady was racist, or ignorant thinking I didn't speak English because she kept on going with her rant. The both ladies never bothered to ask what I needed so I said excuse me and told them what I needed. I told her I was there to return an item that I bought online and the reason why I was returning it. The other lady who was bickering about it had no shame and just continued to bicker about the store and customers. I’m not mad because I don’t scoop down to that level but just sad to have had to experience someone so bitter, angry and unhappy. I wish my girls weren’t with me because they had to hear everything this person was saying. This is the Childrens Place they are suppose to be happy and proud to work there and if they aren’t there is plenty of other jobs elsewhere. I hope no one else has to encounter that angry woman.

TERRIBLE ! Customer service is awful. The store is a WRECK ! It's a shame really because I love shopping at The Children's Place. They need to get off their lazy butts and learn how to organize and run the store. Please fire your entire staff and replace them with people who actually want to work !

Horrible customer service!!!!!
Dont order anything from online and ship to this location. Waited 30 mins just for the manager named Mary as she had gone to Starbucks store during her work hours to get ICE water.
