They leave packages lean up against cars or on the ground by the mailbox I don’t know why they’re so lazy. Just don’t want packages to get stolen

Mail carrier won't even attempt to deliver my packages. I only find out on the day something is supposed to be delivered that they decided not to put it on their truck. Even scheduling redelivery does no good because apparently their truck is always full of other people's packages and mine is never prioritized so I have to pick it up in person. This cause my packages to always be at least a day late since I'm not given advance notice that they don't intend to deliver my package.

week after week i receive packages from either amazon or ebay and every time i have to walk to the post office to pick up my packages because the mail; carrier will not even attempt to deliver my packages she just writes dogs and goes on about her business when truth of the matter is there are no dogs in the location of the mail boxes for this complex the truth is because the box is so small the packages will not fit inside so she just takes them back to the post office because she does not want to deliver them to my physical address now there are boxes that are large enough in the same location but the post master keeps telling me hes awaiting new keys for those boxes and hasnt received them yet this has been the same story for 6 months now i pay good money to these companies for these packages that have shipping included yet my packages are never delivered to me

Terrible. They have "issues" with my dog. My mail is NEVER delivered at the same time each day. Maybe if it was I could keep my dog inside during a specific time frame, but that's poor time management on your end. I changed my address and still cannot receive my packages. Honestly this was a terrible branch when i was kid and 30 years later, its just as bad.

Packages are not delivered unless they can be SOVED into my mailbox. Mailman too lazy or unwilling to take the time to deliver anything that will not fit into it.

This place gave me a change of address bc I didn’t pickup my mail for a week. Now I haven’t seen my mail in 3 months and have called multiple times and still nothing. Such an awful place with awful people.

The mail carrier for my residence doesn't collect my outgoing mail, leaves my packages in between the mailboxes, bent or crushed most of the time!! It seems like they don't care!!

The worst post office in the country. And most of them are pretty bad as it is. We had to have our packages re routed to avoid disruptions and theft.

I have to pick up all my packages because the mail carrier says she can’t turn around in my driveway; I do it every day. I’m an x Vietnam vet with PE and cancer but that doesn’t seem to mean anything to the management there.
