This post office can get busy and is pretty small. Friendly people working there. Update 12-7-2017, they are still friendly. The service was fast. Parking is pretty close and convenient. They are going to have different hours for the holidays. Please see the pictures I have added for their hours.

For about 3 years now mail has been never received to birthday cards being not delivered when sent from home mailbox. The mail not raved ever were my financial statements. Have had neighbors mail in my box and neighbors bringing my mail to me wrongly delivered to theirs. Attempts to speak to Mike the new post master has phone calls 6 times disconnecting after 3.24 minutes each time. Yes, had filed missing mail on line prior. Happy we now have email of what is to be delivered but no improvement. Have gone electronic on my financial statements now. Other day mail not delivered which contained year end tax statements. Next day all 7 pcs of mail still not received. Prices go up, work ethic non existent on our route, and mail carrier currently have rude when speak with them. Need drastic change at this office. Many good people out there who would love their jobs.

Our house is temporarily burnt up and the insurance company is currently fixing it but they are withholding all of our mail because they deem our house abandoned/vacant even though we come there every single day. Guess they enjoy holding all our mail then because why would I pay for a P.O. box when I own an entire house? My father was getting mail in his mailbox before he even finished building his house, how does that work?

Veronica is very rude period. I have went out of my way to be a helpful customer. For over a year I have been showered with a bad attitude from her. Every month I buy money orders and write them down legible on a piece of paper because I have multiple Military connected disabilities. Slurred speech and hearing aids are just a couple of them. So after taking this unacceptable attitude for so long I have decided to complain. I asked for a supervisor and was informed there are not any available. Which I find very odd. So here it is if you are a disabled Veteran, disabled person of any sort this might not be your stop.

Service was terrible. I’ve shipped many guitars in my life and never have I ever come close to $182 to send one to Georgia, USA. The lady simply told me go somewhere else. I walked outside and put in the exact measurements and weight of my box into an online shipping label creator. The total was LESS THAN HALF. Absolutely astonished at the lack of care someone has for a job. I will never use this office again.

I constantly have packages that get lost but are somehow delivered. It's annoying when I have no say into what post office it comes through. It's happened 3 times at least, on expensive things.

I ORDERED A BOX THAT I PAID OVER 10 DOLLARS FOR TO SENT SOMETHING BACK IT NEVER CAME WENT TO N. MUSKEGON POST OFFICE 3 TIMES TODAY AND OUT TO LUNCH SIGN I TRIED FOR OVER 2 HOURS DID MORE SHOPPING WENT BACK STILL CLOSED STARTED ABOUT 2 OR SO AND LAST TRY WAS AFTER 3 THERE WHERE PEOPLE THERE MAD THEY COULD NOT GET IN. WHAT UP WITH THIS SERVICE

I'm trying to get my key for my mail box and can't get no one on the phone to talk to. Also have a package that I'm trying to pick up, but can't a real person on the phone to ask. Horrible service
