McDonald's

I think that the quality has gone down overall since I was a kid, but you should not have to ask for fresh food every time. That has nothing to do with the staff at this specific location it is every McDonald's everywhere. The staff at this location is very accommodating and very much appreciated when I ask for my food fresh. Nothing beats a fresh hot McDonald's French fry.

This McDonald's just made my day with not only their top-notch friendly service but the ice cream cone that I had ordered was perfect for the day that I was having. Thank you to the afternoon team ☺

Over the last few years this McDonald's has improved SO much. Not only has the food been better fresh wise, but the employees lately have been so nice and friendly.

It's McDonald's either you eat here or you don't. I like it ok, so when I need to stop for a quick bite, I do.

Quick and courteous service on my visit 11/1. Based on the increased traffic from nearby power outages, they were very efficient in getting peoples orders through quickly and, best of all, CORRECT! Most respect to those that hussled hard on Wednesday. Thank you!!

Went to order through the mobile app at 2237 Holton Road in Muskegon Michigan. but it wasn’t working, Brittany and Emma were very helpful and took care of my father and I.

They have consistently forgot part of our order the last 2 weeks we stopped for breakfast

Not sure what is going on with McDonald's fries.... but every McDonald's I've been to in the last few months have had the worst fries. Besides that.... service is great!!

Somehow, my order got messed up while I was there. I ordered a Carmel macchiato iced. The staff was very apologetic and made my day by remaking my coffee and gave it to me for free. Thank you for making my whole day 😊

When I was in High School, I was addicted to Big Macs and you have to admit they have the best fountain Coke compared to anyone... I'm too old to eat Big Macs every day I would weigh 500lbs in a few months! But my new love at Mickey D's, which has been around for awhile is the caramel frappe, always with extra whip cream! Yum! The drive-up people were friendly and professional and laughed when I got so excited when I saw my extra whipped! Yay! No complaints at all!

Listened to a manager be really encouraging to their employees and it made me happy and made the window person smile. Love it.

They were very short staffed but had great attitudes and got to us as quickly as they could. Nice job!

The friendliest staff at any McDonald's ever!! I didnt catch the ladies name but she was overly friendly and helpful. We felt very welcomed even though we were just passing through coming back from spring break!

Best service and fries ever!

The fast food world is not set up for vegetarians and have to make special requests sometimes. McDonald's breakfast is one of the few things I can easily order and enjoy. The gentleman taking my order yesterday did an excellent job of verifying what I requested and then entering in to give me a deal. My order was also correct. :)
