Stephanie was fantastic on shade matching for my friend and I. She was the only one who came up to us and asked if we needed help, not only did she help us she also educated us about our undertones and different foundations she recommended. Made our visit fast and efficient :)

I absolutely love that Ulta has a salon, and I love the cosmetologist Megan and everything she did for me and my family. Last weekend, I got my hair trimmed and a full-head of foils. It turned out amazing. Then this weekend, my son got his hair cut, and my 8 month old baby got her ears pierced. We came in with no pictures and just a kind-of idea of what I wanted, and she freaking killed it! We couldn't be happier! She did such an amazing job piercing my baby's ears. She barely cried for maybe 30 seconds and was over it, and they look great! I highly recommend Megan to everyone!

Needed a refresh and had a makeup tutorial with Megan. Loved her, she was friendly and knowledgeable. Her own makeup was gorgeous so I knew I was in good hands.
She took care in grabbing an array of products that she thought would be best on me. She would do a step with me watching then have me try on my own. I ended up learning new tricks and found a new foundation and a few other things I really like. She offered to help me find every product I had interest in and there was zero pressure to have to buy anything.
Great store, enjoyed shopping after my appointment.

There was not a lot of customers in the store which I was thankful for. The manager was extremely helpful, and friendly. I think we spent about an hour in the store shopping. The shelves were stocked, and the store was clean. I only purchased 3 items. However my daughter and sister purchased quite a bit.

This review is for Megan in the Salon— she pierced my 5 month olds ears today and she was AMAZING! She was super knowledgeable and quick!
Everything was sterile and the gun they used doesn’t click like the old school ones. Super happy with the whole experience. ♥

This review is for Connie the brow stylist at ulta, first of all she is one of the sweetest associates there and is very easy to talk to. She is very good at listening to what you want and makes sure to show you what she would be doing before she would start doing it, I will never get my brows done by anyone else! Go check Connie out she deserves it!

This is me and my girlfriend’s favorite ulta location to go to! It’s huge and the staff, manager, and district manager were so friendly today. Recommend to all!

Service is always great. I just hate that some Ultas have one product and then a different Ulta in the same town has another. It's really kind of annoying, to be honest. But overall, it's a great place to shop for beauty supplies.

We're always super happy coming into Ulta. Staff were extremely helpful, didn't quite find what I needed but I got some great advice :) got my bf an amazing cologne for valentine's day! Can't stay away from him! The person who rang us up had super cute nails too, very friendly atmosphere!

I enjoy coming to this location. Everyone seems nice and helpful. Been getting my eyebrows done here for the last 4 or 5 months and always come out with beautifully done eyebrows. Today though I had an appointment at noon but I guess it was double booked and I ended up waiting about 20 minutes. I wouldnt usually mind, but I did have somewhere I had to be after and had to change my plans which was a little disappointing. I still plan on returning because for the most part I have had great experiences and service here which is why I still gave this location 5 stars.

I gave it 5 stars because the wife loves this place it's where she gets all of her chick stuff they don't sell anything 2nd amendment or automotive high performance so not my kind of store but she actually loves it, so we'll keep going.

DRY HANDS!! Need a specialty lotion Ulta Beauty is the place to go. About 2 years ago i started searching for a lotion to help with my eczema. After 5 stores with no luck I went to Ula and got a lotion (O keefs in the green can) that made my redness and flakiness go away. Customer service was 5 star 🌟. So if you need any beaty supplies Ulta Beaty is the place to go.

Very helpful and friendly staff. I usually don't ask for help and would rather just browse on my own, but being that you can't touch anything right now, I needed color matching help with foundation. The associate who helped me was knowledgeable and very easy to work with. Sorry I forgot to get her name, but she had beautiful red hair.

The girls at this location were very knowledgeable and helpful. I wanted to try a new foundation and moisturizer and got great recommendations and a perfect color match. I just moved here and I am very happy with my new Ulta store location at The Summit and it’s employees.

Thank you for your great customer service assisting me to find the Clinique products I wanted to purchase. I recently went to Reno from California to visit my family since the stay at home order was put into place. Ulta hasn't reopened for in store shopping yet in California.

The staff at this store are amazing!!!! Answered all my questions. Didn't try to sell me stuff I didnt need. Lots of products. Very clean.

I like Ulta's wide variety of makeup products. I browse through the store in search of new products. As a bonus, I get rewards for buying makeup there.

This was probably the largest Ulta I have ever been in. It was clean. We found what we went to Ulta for.
