We arrived to upgrade our cell phones. The employees are super nice. We weren't able to upgrade today as every cell phone we wanted was out of stock and wasn't able to be ordered. We will need to return on another day.

Stopped in to see if I could get a better plan from them than Verizon and let’s just say they are my new go to place . Staff knows the answers , products and services they provide. Very happy with my choice to switch. When I was done I left the store with more than the competition offered and a better plan. Will recommend them to anyone.

I’m visiting from the UK and needed a simple SIM card for mobile data. We were served by Rich, who was able to provide exactly what I needed within minutes. He quickly recommended the right plan that was compatible with my phone and helped me get everything set up. He was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. He really knew his stuff, and went above and beyond in providing us with helpful tips, not just about getting the new sim set up but also how to store the old one (taping it inside the phone case — genius!!!). I also really admire that he was not pushy and did not try to sell me anything I didn’t need. I felt we were in safe hands. Rich is an absolute hero and I will definitely be returning to this store whenever I need something phone-related in the US.

T-Mobile is the best! We just switched l don’t regret it! They have better phones, better pricing, and overall better customer service. They also offer a first responders discount. The coverage is just as good as any of the other major carriers and the data speed is better!

The people at this store don’t rush you or try to talk you into anything. They work with you and explain everything.

Rich at the TMobile store was amazing! He was so helpful in getting our Sprint phones upgraded. His customer service was the best I've encountered in a very long time! Kudos to TMobile and a huge thanks to Rich for a great experience!

Service has really improved since the merger with Sprint. Less dead areas. Speeds have improved. Way cheaper than AT&T which I switched from when they canceled my discount and doubled my monthly bill! Best move I ever made.

Thank you Cherie for your help with my account and getting me a new phone for my trip back to Houston! I have been a t-mobile customer for three years now and was in the area for a wedding. After my phone got damaged I went into the store to find a replacement, since I had to get one for my drive back. Sam was nothing short of amazing as soon as we walked in the door. His customer service and customer interaction is something words can’t explain. If sam has an opportunity in the future to be promoted I feel he is hands down the most obvious choice.

Cheri was absolutely professional in helping me upgrade my phone and add my daughter to my service. The staff were all knowledgeable with the process and were courteous to all customers.
