The staff is professional, kind , & courteous. And eventhough they're always busy, I get their undivided attention when I'm at the counter.
And if there is a problem with my prescription, they will follow up on it and get it straightened out.
I appreciate the staff at Walgreens in North Muskegon. I have a Walgreens closer to my home than this one, but I wouldn't even think about switching!

This place is always making mistakes. Between the app and the rude cashiers, I am all done with Walgreens after 30 years. They either send prescriptions to the wrong Walgreens, or send a message saying your prescription is ready when it's not, or mix up on the prescriptions themselves. I am disabled and in so much pain that I can't sit in the car and wait for 15-30 minutes for them to straighten it out. Don't suggest delivery because they will probably screw up to.
