I came in to the Verizon store to get a new phone. Tim was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and was extremely help in all aspects of helping me. He gave me great tips and info. I can't say enough good things about my experience.

10/10 would recommend visiting this Verizon location. Terrific service from Tim! He did an outstanding job at making sure I had all of my phone needs met, greeted me and all of the customers very kindly, and was very informative and knowledgeable and gladly answered all of my questions! Wonderful experience!

Johnny and Brandon were vey pleasant and helpful. Rare to find people like them these days. They deserve a raise.

Don't let the store size fool you and might be small but holds a lot of Deals they have awesome buy one get one free going on they just got new products the things you put on the back of your phone so you don't drop it in there meant for wireless phones now they got some really cool phones that just came out including something from Motorola that even AT&T doesn't have the customer service is a whole lot quicker last time I walked into AT&T store I literally stood there before 30 minutes before someone said Hi how are you soon as we walked in the door Hi how are you my name is talk how can I help you so you got Tok hope and Tim all great retailers really friendly help you get what you need and work within your buzz it come check it out

Tyrell was so professional and well informed. I am 74 years old and not very good with technology, and he was brilliant in explaining everything to me. He was able to help everyone who came in the store and another customer and I commented on how well he treated everyone and how efficiently he managed the people who came in to the store. I would recommend your store and him to anyone buying a new phone or needing help with an existing phone. It was a pleasure to be treated as though my questions were worth his taking the time to answer them on my level of technical needs.

I had a wonderful experience at this store. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by everyone. The environment was very clean, welcoming, and it smelled really good. Services were fast. We were in and out. They all get a A+ from me.

Ciara went above and beyond to accommodate me in a phone crisis. She was so polite and helpful as i was on the verge of a meltdown. Definitely professional management skills in this individual.

Great experience for my first visit. Tyrell, the manager onsite, was knowledgeable regarding phone needs, as well as products I inquired about for future needs. His customer service was outstanding, he was authentic and made me comfortable shopping there. I am seriously considering Verizon as my future service provider.

Ryan was wonderful! He didn’t push me to purchase anything, which made me more likely to do so. He made the entire process simple and great.

Tim was amazing! He was an amazing help and made me and my husband feel so comfortable and welcome. We we're there to get a new phone. Tim was so quick to help and answer absolutely any questions we had. He explained every part of the process it was very quick and simple. We love the kind and clear communication!

Just got back to the States and needed a new phone to replace my 3 year old dinosaur. Went to the closest store (good choice). When I came in all the associates greeted my family with a smile and were instantly ready to help. We had Miss Brandi helping us. I started the process with a few questions that she answered fast and reliably to. Then started the process to get a new phone. There was an issue that I had to call a number to fix. I started the call at her desk but she had a prior appointment come in. She professionally and kindly asked if we could let her go first. Which of course was fine. She was pure professional and not rude at all.
When I was working through Verizon's fraud department they wanted me to send a photo ID. This was fine what wasn't fine was the program to do this with was "broken" and wouldn't let me get the clear picture they wanted. I was getting visibly upset. At that point staying on theme with Miss Brandi on professional and kind help, Miss Hope came over and did everything she could to help make this process work. Finally we got through it.
So going back to getting the phone. Miss Brandi was helping us again. We settled on 2 phones but soon found out they didn't have them in stock. I went out to try to see if any other store had any I wanted. To no avail my search was coming up blank. When I was just about to leave Miss Brandi called and said I was mistaken we do 1 of the phones you requested here.
The process of getting the phone was smooth. Miss Brandi explained, answered, and gave all options effortlessly. While we waited on the phone to transfer we had a blast with our conversation.
I ran long but this was one of the best experience's I ever had at a Verizon store. Thank you to the full team at this location.
P.S. Mr.Tim your knowledge and help you have to the team when needed was fast and efficient. You made it look effortless.

Brandon was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient as we changed our plan and purchased new phones.

Lenora was extremely patient and multitasked like no one’s business, helping multiple people at one time. She stayed late making sure that we were taken care of. I hope Verizon appreciates her and takes care of her because people like her are rare and a customer said that while we were there waiting for her. She is very nice and truly made everyone there feel welcome.

Tim was EXCELLENT!!!. We've been to ALOT of Verizon stores & were So Disappointed with the outcome 9 out of 10 times!! He showed me how to use several apps to save my photos.
Tim Never acted like I was bothering him. He has Great manners interacting with Customers!!.....a Definite A+

I was having phone connection hands free problems in my car. Mr. Tyrell DeLee , store manager, took the time to come out to my car and figure out the issue. I left pleased that the problem was completely solved. Verizon and Tyrell go that extra mile!

I went to upgrade my phone and staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. I was able to upgrade my phone and transfer data under 30 minutes. Definitely will be returning.

I received a text message about updating my iPhone to a 13! Went to the Verizon store and Brandi hooked me up! She was so great to work with and so personable. Not only did she help me out, but called me right away when my phone came in and even stayed past closing to help me set it all up! Appreciate her much and will be going to her and this specific store for all my phone needs! Thanks friend!
