Aaron was so patient, helpful, and knowledgeable! We appreciate the time he took with us to make sure we had everything just right. He was very thorough and made sure we understood everything about our phones and bill before we left.

Sam was great at replacing my screen saver, which may sound simple, but it was not. He had great patience! Great employee.

Every.single.time I upgrade my phone, it's a hassle. I actually loved the phone I had, but due to unfortunate circumstances, I had to get another one, and it was time to update. How convenient? I was told in the main store that I could get the S23 ultra, but they did not have it in stock. Due to the fact I needed it, THAT DAY I was given the S23 and told I could exchange for the ultra WITHIN 30 DAYS. I go back to the same store, and I'm told it had to be returned in 14. And there is a 50$ restocking fee. Long story short, the manager at this location refused to listen to anything I had to say. He was very rude, unprofessional, and downright nasty. It even resorted to him kicking me out of the store after I told him he would not speak to me in the manner he was speaking to me. Nothing has been done. I'm still going in circles!! This is ridiculous!! 😒 🙄

Writing this as im sitting here, we have been waiting for over 30 minutes. No one even said hello when we walked in. 20 minutes later they finally asked why we came in and what we needed done was a 10 minute transaction and instead the employees are taking turns chatting with each others customers and showing them pictures on their phone instead of focusing on the transaction to help other guests
