Kristopher and his trainee did a wonderful job. They were nice courtesy and professional. Very grateful they came out today to take care of the issue that I was having with my Internet. It was 10 out of 10 Experience

Superman couldn’t have responded any faster. The technician was prompt, knowledgeable, came prepared with a new modem, checked everything, resolved the issue, and told us how to set up the new password. Been a customer since 2000 with bundled landline, DISH, and internet.

The technicians were excellent and we were able to get the issue resolved on Friday. Waiting until Monday would have been totally unacceptable as we are business and rely on Internet for credit card processing.

The technician, Dwight, was professional & super nice. The communication with kinetic from beginning to end was phenomenal. Highly recommend.

Storm damaged my internet and phone, called Kinetics and customer service was great and also sent me a very knowledgeable, friendly technician. Preston was on time. He was impressive too, because he multitasked his job while training Devon and repaired my internet, my phone, and he did outside work to phone cable. Kinetics thank you for hiring this fantastic technician. Its hard to find good help like Preston and also he was on time.

Technicians on time and knowledgeable. Fixed my issue that was caused by another company, and for me up and running. I strongly recommend Windstream for business!!

Got this installed a month ago. Perfect service. Suffered for years with Spectrum and their terrible service in my area. Absolutely so glad we went with this!!! I’m able to sit on my back porch and post this, FINALLY!
