The female driver for my mail Toni-lee does an outstanding job. She not only delivers your packages in a timely manner, but is also friendly and happy to assist with any questions about what can and can’t be shipped.

Thanks for getting the electric bill that I can barely afford to me on time every time.

Love this location. Brandy is always so helpful with all my business needs, and My mail Lady Paula is the absolute best. I hope she knows how much I appreciate all of her help!! I'm always getting bigger deliveries, and sending out a bunch of packages for my business. She is so nice, and always does a great job! Keep up the great work! :)

Nice staff. Lady put extra tape on my package when I needed it. Unlike other stl locations who are clearly better than you and make you feel retarded for not knowing the policies.

I've always received excellent service at this location.

Everyone has always been so friendly. Very rarely have I had to wait for services. I work in Hillsboro and the mail service to our location is always good. We have received someone else’s mail a few times but otherwise good.

I love my regular mail lady and Brandy at the office (both very helpful and respectful)...but the other lady that works at the office actually hung up on me today when I called after I asked if Brandy was available. And I would not even need to call and bother them at all if the USPS website worked properly. :/

Got a note in my mail box saying I need to raise my mail box 16". So I called the post office, supervisor Tony Lee answered the phone. When I began to ask about what the issues were she began to be very hostile and aggressive saying they do not meet the postal standards. She informed me that she does these inspections every year and the daily carriers do them everyday. I have lived here for over 2.5 years and have never had an issue with my mail box, and my mail box stands at 49" tall. When I told her that, she began to talk over me and become hostile/ aggressive towards me again. She obviously does not have customer service and has not been doing her job for more then 2.5 year if this is the first time I am hearing about this issue, also the daily carriers have also not been doing their job.

Worst experience of my life!!!!! Leave your feelings at home and do your job!!! I wish I could just deal with the one I live next to, but because this is a main hub and they won’t send it to my address. I’m out $40 in shipping plus the part that I need for my car!!!!! I would come pick it up if my car wasn’t broke down!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm not sure why my packages cant make it to my house. They either go two streets over where thankfully the owners of the home bring me my packages or like today I get an email stating my mail box was full and they couldn't deliver?? I got 1 piece of mail today and someone was home all day and no honking no knocking at the door nothing??? And that same package was to be delivered the day before. What is happening. We always had the same driver no problem get this new guy and NOTHING is be delivered on time. Got my water bill from November in January...get it together

Our longtime delivery driver retired and his sub driver took over the route about 6 months ago and I am now having issues getting packages delivered.
We live within the allowed distance that the post office says if your package is too large for mail box or the mail box is full that the postal driver will deliver it to your home. Yet here is another week after I called and asked for the driver to be aware that we are within that distance that she can deliver our packages to house and I still have a package sitting at post office that driver will not deliver to house. The package is no bigger than a shoe box size so I know its not too heavy or bulky that the driver can't deliver on their own. When she was a sub driver she would never deliver packages she would leave them for the regular driver to do when he got back the following day. I really just want the packages delivered on the day they come in and are supposed to be delivered. If so I would change my 1 star rating to a 5 star rating as everything else is great but I depend on the delivery's to be here on time and when the confirmation says they are being delivered as I track them. This problem with packages is very frustrating. Please fix it! Thank you.
