I got signature moondancers for my family, and they were very fresh, harvested on the same day we picked up. They had medium salinity the meat was a little sweet, which was perfect. Minimal dirt/fouling on the shells, and hinges were solid hard, which made shucking very easy. Thanks for amazing oysters! 👏

Great, Fresh Oysters that were enjoyed with the entire family. Ordered them to arrive the day before Christmas but ended up coming the Friday before (4 days early). Was worried that they would spoil, so I reached out and was quickly informed that they can be held in the fridge for up to two weeks.
