Awesome service! Of course our septic tank caved in on a weekend and no one would even return a call. We had a company that had been pumping our tank for over 20 years and when we called them they wanted to charge us emergency surcharge on top of their inflated price. Ryan and his team did the job for about 30% less and had the work almost done before other companies we had called returned our inquiries. We have a new septic company and we could not be happier. I used to use a different septic service but wasn’t happy with their service or the people handling it. I switch to Black Gold based on a recommendation and they are by far more customer focused on scheduling, service snd answering questions. Bill is top notch. Absolutly amazing quick response time, great pricing and the most professional company I have ever worked with. I called today at 9:29 A.M. and they were here by 10:45 A.M. Needed septic pumped. Called and scheduled for next between 10-2 but we got a call saying 9, which was great to us! They called a half hr prior and arrived a couple minutes early. Both gentlemen were great! Very friendly and personable. Had a pretty decent fibrous root issue that they took care of which entirely relieved a slow kitchen drain. Gave us great recommendations for septic care and next septic pump/inspection. Our position is that the pricing was certainly fair!! We'll be scheduling with them in the future!

I called every septic company in my area for urgent need, I didn't get any calls back so even though Black Gold was what I considered maybe to far, I was in their service area, they came that day. All staff were very very helpful! They even made an adjustment to the pipe that caused my problem. If I could give them 10 stars I would. I will never call any other company, Black Gold has all of my future business!

Excellent service from Black Gold on a septic system problem. Brian and his crew were clear, honest, and professional in evaluating the problem, describing options, and then effectively correcting the issue. I was impressed by their expertise. We are very appreciative of getting our water and sewage back so quickly and efficiently.

Staff was super knowledgeable and helpful willing to explain the answer to any question I had. They showed up super fast and identified the problem within minutes. Customer service was 1st rate even when calling to set the appointment. Strongly recommend you give them a try.

Excellent. Came out quickly, gave a quote on problem. Did not try to sell me more than needed. Found a couple other problems and fixed them and still charged less than quote. They worked hard until job was done, were very nice, explained everything easily for me to understand. Highly recommended.

We have used Black Gold for a few years for pump outs and this December had an emergency blockage issue. They arrived at our house quickly and got the problem solved. Great customer service, I would definitely recommend them.

Excellent service! Very knowledgeable. I am a new home owner with a septic and they explained everything in detail as I watched the process of cleaning my 40 year old system. They came highly recommended from a co-worker.

I had an emergency where my pipes were blocked and I needed a drain ASAP. I was lucky enough to call at 11:45 on a Saturday (15 mins before they closed) and they came right over! They were able to clear the blockage, jet the pipes, and drain the tank very quickly. They explained everything I asked to me and were a great help. No one else was willing to come to me for a couple days, and these guys did a fantastic job. I will be calling them again when my tank needs to be drained again.. Highly recommend!
