Burger King

As always Burger King doesn't disappoint. I've been a B.K fan since I was a teenager and actually worked at one many many years ago. No matter the store I visit the food, service, cleanliness, employees and overall experience is on point, (A+ in my opinion). The Pleasantville store was no different . Prices are a little steep I would say, but so is everything else in the world nowadays.

Just went to Pville today. I will choose this BK, if in the area. I go during the day & use the drive thru. I've never had an unpleasant experience here. Today was no exception. Employee was pleasant at the order microphone, & followed thru on her pleasantness at the drive up window. This was 10:30am on 3/13/24. Just want to give her credit. Food was great also.

I love this place. It's been beautifully remodeled but the food stayed the same. Delicious. Great customer service. My order was ready in minutes. They accept cash and cards. There's plenty of on site parking and it's wheelchair accessible. Just be careful, the doors are a little heavy. To top it all off, there was a King crown on the table! How awesome was that! I'll be back, see ya there!

Burger King, for the most part will be Burger King. What separates them, in my opinion is the service, the freshness of the food and customer service. The food here was surprisingly good, the lettuce seems freah, along with the tomatoes, which isn't common. The drive-thru is a little slow, but no biggie, it was early, and I only saw two people working. I just wish that everyone handling the food wore gloves. The drive thru cashier wasn't handling the food per-se, but he had to put his hands in the bag to ensure the order was correct, which means his hands are digging around the food, although the sandwiches are wrapped, the fries aren't, and although he did that, I was still missing my chicken fries, but it wasn't a biggie, they were free for downloading the app. Other than that, it was a good experience

Food is always hot and delicious. Love it. Need a little more help behind the counter.

I love this particular Burger King cz this place knows how to take care of their customers! The employees are really nice and really friendly! I ordered a meal with 2 small sprite but instead they gave me 2 large sprite for the same price!! Thats a really nice gesture! ❤

Stopped in @4:30 on a Monday. Just wanted a double whopper with cheese. Take out was steady “. Had the dining room to myself. Dining room was as clean as a doctor’s office. No greasy floor or old food smells. Burger was freshly made. Commended manager Nashidah. She was friendly and pleasant!! Thanks Nashidah!

Nashida was an absolute pleasure. I appreciate her coming to work in such in-climate conditions.

I always enjoy a good whopper fast service

One of the best king burgers in all the America (I’m telling this as a truck driver). It was clean and friendly, but the most important is a food quality- very delicious and meat very nice cooked and fresh!

I've been coming here for the past couple months for breakfast after working night shift. The woman who works the breakfast shift, I think her name is Sarina, is excellent! She is so friendly and so nice. She really goes above and beyond every single time. Thank you so much for a great experience every time!

My mother And i Came in two days ago to order the two for six the lady wearing a black shirt was absolutely kind and apologize for the wait and I ordered the two for six. I wish I knew her name she is absolutely a new face at burger king I've never seen her here before maybe she came in from another buregerking. The ladies were amazing this early evening

Drive in only but I have never been disappointed with my orders

This Burger King normally takes a very long time to get your food. The customer service is usually very mediocre and they do not accept large bills, even in the day time. Overall I am a fan of their food, so I gave them 5 stars.

Yesterday Although I waited almost 8 mins, and I was upset about stopping at one window for my food. the young lady at the window was so sweet. I tested my fries and my food was extremely HoTT. It was worth the wait. I saw her name tagg all I Saw was a DIQUE her name tag name was faded. I rather wait a long time for my food and be fresh than my food fast and cold. I will return here next time I'm in town. Nice people& Hott food pleasant people good customer service here

AMAZING customer service. An associate by the name of Sarina went above and beyond with a non English patron. The patience she had was extraordinary. She was so polite it was just really really nice to see. And to top it off ALL the orders were right while I was there which is hard to find. Good job hiring!!!!!!

First time in a very long time
