SPG Vending Solutions

I have used SPG vending service for a number of years and have been completely satisfied with their service. The machines are always full and clean. Our driver provides excellent customer service as well. He is pretty much johnny on the spot and comes at the same time every week, so I know when to expect him. Great company and great staff!

I have some machines in my warehouse that I got through SPG and they have been refilling them when they are supposed to unlike the last company we had that always made us call them to service. Same day service too on any issues.

Great customer service, great service response, all issues are resolved in a timely manner, friendly and customer oriented staff, machines are stocked and cleaned every week. Sales and management team addresses concerns and issues may come up. Various selections in the vending machines.

I have ben working for RH for 3 years now and we recently had a corporate contact as far as our vending goes but the Consistency of SPG's telemarketer chose me to become one of their most loyal customers
they stalk our machines every other day and we never run out of snacks as far as drinks we have run short of Pepsi products three times in three years so yes i would and have refereed them to any one as a Outstanding Vending company

Very dirty company employees and staff are very disrespectful and just bad people The owner Is a sad waste of oxygen and is a little too friendly with children. If you don't want your kids messed with especially little boys. Keep them away from this company.

I do not recommend SPG to anyone. I have been using SPG since September 2018 till now (Feb 2019). What they agreed to they did not deliver. They were not responsive to my inquiries or concerns about their service when I made them. I had to follow-up with them to even get a response. They must have enough business and don't need anymore because I can't imagine anyone using them if they have had the same experience I have had. When they tell you that you will get 25% of the gross make certain you get in writing what the exact definition of that is. They define it as gross sales less cost of goods sold. So on machines doing $800 to $1000 per month I received 2 checks. One month was $25 and the next $20. We paid out more money than that in refunds when the machines were broken.

Addendum (two years on, 2017): The machines we have been saddled with are breaking down almost daily. Requests for new machines go unanswered. Although the repair staff are competent and caring, it is obvious the management cares little for their customers. If I had the means to advertise SPG's failings to their other customers I would not hesitate to do so. As it is I am taking away the two star rating I previously gave them. I wish I could leave a no-star rating...

They recently changed and now have a new delivery driver/stocker and new middle management. We need new machines which accept $5 bills and we need updated machines which sell better food. We've tried a few times to go over their heads to no avail- the situation remains unsatisfactory. We're currently researching new vendors to take bids for our company.

Don't do it. Just don't. Stay away.
