Watched this business thrive over the years , fortunately never required a repair :) but wow ! This place is so cool to look at and even more cool to deal with PETE says " a trusted source " thank you ok tire :)

They went out of there way to provide a service FOR ME rather than make money from me. Recieved true information (no exaggerations as I have often encountered as a women going to a mechanic shop), excellent service and kind and friendly staff. Highly recommend!! Thank you :)

This place blew me out of the water with the level of honesty and service they provided. Long story short, I had both front tires become compromised so I replaced one with my spare but the other was not going to make my 1200km back home. So I showed up on October 1 (winter tire deadline and they are busy) at 8 am where a lady helped me right away. She was able to get me a tire and squeeze me in. When I had changed the spare, I misplaced my lock nut key so they had to hammer the nut off. So it came to pay and I am expecting a big bill as they fit me in, got me a new tire, I am out of province, they had to hammer the nut off and I had no other option. Well, the opposite happened. It was so inexpensive that I tried to tip double the cost which they refused. The gentleman who changed the tire turned out to be the owner and they were happy to help someone who was in need. They helped me out in a big way and treated me like you would treat family. If you need a business to help with your tire needs, I can't recommend this business enough.

After my tire destroyed itself, heading up Anarchist on Saturday, they towed my car to OK Tire. When I phone first thing Monday morning the front desk was incredibly accommodating, and let me know they would do their best to fix it same day. I went to check in a little later and found that Neil had already put a new tire on the rim over the weekend and my car was ready to go. The team made my whole week, by making a stressful situation a easy breezy experience. Best shop and people in Osoyoos!

My husband and I (and our dog Rosie - that's her in picture, not my husband!) were staying at Spirit Ridge and had an unfortunate experience with a tire blow out, on a Sunday, whilst returning from Pentiction. We were able to get back to Osoyoos on a donut tire and contacted OK Tire first thing on Monday morning to see about a tire replacement. Though they were unable to provide us with the tire we needed to match the existing 3 tires, they went to great lengths to help us find the right tire and get it into their store. The further challenge was finding the time to put the tire on our car as we needed to get on the road the following morning. Though fully booked up, Jackie (their front person) was extremely helpful and went out of her way to squeeze us in and get us on the road the next morning. All this for under $35! Thanks to all the staff at OK Tire, we highly recommend you to anyone looking for all things tire.

I had gotten my torque convertor changed at Honda Penticton and got my car back with a violent vibration and shake in the steering wheel. Brought it right back and they said the cv axle needed to be changed. Picked it up again a week later and still had the violent vibration and brought it right back. Got my car back a week later and they changed the other side for free. Car had a slight vibration when I got it back. Brought it back again 2 weeks later as the vibration got worse and they told me the tire tread was seperation and to get warranty on the tire. Brought it here to try to get warranty on my tire. Neil checked the tread and then balanced it for me since it was just out of balance. Appreciate Neil and the team at OK Tire helping me out!

My family is evacuated from the NWT due to wildfires, we are fortunate enough to have our travel trailer with us to keep us from the elements. Unfortunately I discovered our trailer tires were in sore need of replacement! The folks at the Osoyoos O.K. Tires were able to get us safely back on the road with new rubber in no time at all with a price I was quite grateful for...thanks you guys, we appreciate you 😎

I've known the owner for about 20 plus year's I'm on a disability pension don't have much money so Tony his number 1 mechanic and has been there since I started to bring my vehicle. They would look and then tell me what the problem was and would tell me to ask Kevin a friend of mine that just lives in the alley across of the shop. To save me money 💰 which is nice of him. Only place I buy tires from in 20 plus years and Niel the owner is a.stand up person and Tony and Niel's son they will do everything they can to fix ur vehicles. They do very exceptional work they have done a lot of work on my vehicles like putting a alternator on my PT Cruiser 2002 which is not a easy job time consuming it just doesn’t come out like other vehicles.

Got a flat while doing a day trip to Osoyoos. Drove up, and got fixed up within 15 mins! Staff was very sweet and made us feel welcomed, and ready to help, even on such abrupt notice. Thanks again!

More or less without appointment my punched tire, 3 inch screw, was repaired within 30 min. Neil did a miracle, because the screw sat at the edge (flank) of the tire. Price surprisingly low. Friendly service also from the office staff. If you have a tire problem, see them.

Our starter in our vehicle failed and left us stranded at a local motel in Osoyoos on Easter Sunday. The manager at our motel suggested OK Tire, as he had positive experiences in the past. I walked into OK Tire first thing Monday morning and explained our predicament. I was greeted by friendly,understanding staff. They were busy, but said if I could get the vehicle towed over, they would fit me in, as they had a quieter day on Thursday. I explained to Neil, the mechanic, that I have tracked down a new starter at a local automotive supply dealer. He did some checking and found one that he thought was of higher quality and ordered that one. Before I left they gave me the name and number of a local tow operator. I called and they had the car towed over within an hour. Later that afternoon I went back to OK Tire to insure they had my contact information. To my surprise, Neil said they were just waiting for a part,and they would try and have the repair done by the end of day. Sure enough, we got a call a little later that our car was ready to be picked up. The whole experience at OK Tire was beyond expectation. I highly recommend OK Tire Osoyoos!

Aug 4 2023. My work truck was overheating from multiple dusty work sites. The owner offered me a long reach blow gun and high pressure airline . I was able to blow the debris out and continue my day. Thank you soo much !

Took time to quickly fix and mount our spare after a flat. Fast and polite, not much more you can ask for.

I usually don't post reviews, but had to due to this shop and owner being absolutely amazing!!! We drove to osoyoos from kelowna, made it to town when our car broke down. We managed to pull into OK tire's parking lot on Saturday and left car as it wasn't running until Monday when they opened. We were told they were booked up but they would have a look at it when they could. They called us back on Monday that they knew what the issue was but that it could be a week before they could get parts and the work done. But then on Tuesday we received a call that the car was ready. When we picked the car up it was quite a bit less then we were quoted. This shop is amazing and I would recommend them to anyone!!!
They actually care about their customers and the service they provide!!

Neil has always gone above and beyond when it comes to putting tires on my vehicles. Prices are always very fair and he's very prompt with installations and services.

Amazing team! Can’t believe we lucked out going there and would recommend Neil to anyone. We were on our way back to Vancouver when we got a puncture coming down Anarchist. Made it to OK tire, they promptly took a look and realized it wasn’t repairable. Put on our spare and helped us locate a replacement tire. Will forever be grateful and support them when we are in the area. Thank you!

We were visiting from Alberta and arrived to Osoyoos on Thursday, noticing issues with our car. So we called on Friday to see if we could get in before we left on Tuesday. They said no availability until Wednesday, but then I explained that we aren’t locals and from Alberta, they managed to squeeze us in between appointments on Monday morning, and fixed it quickly for us! Bonus, it was a lot cheaper than we anticipated! Would definitely recommend them and use them again!
