I really appreciate Troy and the other great staff at Les Schwab. Their amazing customer service is always top notch and I always feel very welcomed. Troy was very thorough on my tire pressure check the other day and truly cares about helping customers. I look forward to my future visits at Les Schwab because of the outstanding customer service from the amazing staff.

Heard about some other customers having tires patched up from the employees finding nails in there, free of charge!
They also bagged up the old tires on our car which was a very nice touch for putting them in the back to not get anything dirty.

These are the folks who have kept me "wheel, brake, and tire-wise" safely on the roads in any kind of weather for the six years I have lived here. Ryan sold me the winter tires that he claimed he buys for his wife and daughter, and now I believe him! These tires turn my SUV into a mountain goat. Mine are soft rubber filled with ground walnut shells, but trust Ryan and his team to keep up on industry and safety trends. When I pull in to the parking lot, there is someone standing at my door by the time I gather my purse. When it gets to the point that even I can remember names like Nicholas, Troy, and Ryan, you know they have high employee retention-- another good sign. Big city professionalism with the care and kindness of our small town.

For the first time ever, I had to use a warranty on a brake job. A pad failed and burned down, maybe due to a bad caliper or maybe something else. They replaced it all for free within a few days. Excellent service.

I was on a road trip to see my friend and my car started shaking and pulling to the right horribly. I had gone in the week prior to a les Schwab in Snohomish WA and gotten some work done, which made me frustrated that something was going on with car already. This crew made sure to look through everything and found out the belts on the inside of my front tire had worn out. Got me some new tires and made sure everything was ready to go! Thank you for being so friendly and making sure the job was done right!
