Petco

I love Petco! The staff is always very friendly and helpful. It’s super clean and organized. There are items that I wouldn’t think I would find here. Also, the fact that they offer a discount when you order online and pick up in store, it’s a PLUS!

My family and I have quite a few animals, cats, dogs, snakes, chickens, foxes, and horses. Granges and tack shops are hard to find in Wisconsin, so we go to petco. They have a large selection of just about everything you need for your pet.

New store is so nice, employees are very knowledgeable and kind, dog wash and grooming are really nice too!

Great plan. Clean and organized. Way better than old location. This location doesn't have curbside pick up just buy online and pick up in store please change this so it doesn't confuse customers who might not be familiar with this newer location thx

Absolutely ridiculous to charge customers for bags after spending money in your store. Really? This is a cost of running a business.
The reply is even more ridiculous. You don't need to police your customers to make sure they are disposing of plastic properly. I mean my goodness who do you think you are. If you are so concerned about sustainability then use paper or cloth bags. 🤦‍♀😂🤣

Still refuses to give you bags for your purchases.... really not cool.

I took my 3 month old puppy out for the first time and decided to go to Petco! She did a great job, and people were courteous and respectful of her age

We had our doxies nails trimmed and the groomer did a great job and was very friendly.

Cat nip is crazy expensive...lol

I love their prices and clean store, and the stuff is out of this world with kindness I feel welcome the minute I walk in the door. Not many employees to greet you but still,the deals are there some what. (Much better than pet smart ripped me off.)

I had help when I needed it. They were very polite and helpful.

Went to them for a trim of my puppy and they did AWESOME!!!! She was a younger girl that did it-and was very polite and attentive to what I wanted-which I didn’t even really know, I just knew what I DIDN’T want, lol. My yorkie poo looks absolutely adorable and will definitely go back!!! The pic doesn’t do her hairdo justice-

Staff was very helpful and friendly, and clearly cared about pets.

Linsey was great!! Can’t wait for her to groom our puppy again!

Bought a hamster and the employee was so knowledgeable about letting me how to care for it. If it wasn't for her I would have never done further research. Ditching the starter cage we bought and getting a big cage for our new little buddy.

They were great with my girl Mayzie!! The groomer did great in making her smell good and did great making her feel comfortable with getting her nails done!

Very friendly experience. The store was nice and clean. Cashier was very friendly.

Went to get my dog's nails trimmed. Staff was kind and gentle with Meeko and even offered some information about products we might like to try unrelated to her nail trim. They were knowledgeable without being pushy for sales.

Very helpful and knowledge staff and carry great quality food.

I came in to buy a treat for my parakeet. A person working in the store showed me a package of crunch sticks for my parakeet to eat. I took the package and paid for it at the counter. My parakeet will now have something to enjoy.

My new favorite place to get my dog’s nails clipped. They do such a good job and Jobin, my dog, is always happy to go there.
