I want to say thank you to the gentleman that helped me today. I have a terrible memory and can't remember his name but he was so helpful. I was in on 12/23/23 around 1pm. Places need good employees like him.

We went to get new service set up, let me tell you Brittany has great customer service she was friendly and accommodating. She was very helpful, they were out of a pet tag we were interested in and she offered to call her manager and let us know if she could get one for us. the store was bright and clean. Definitely recommend going to this location.

Metro P cs is the only ones that have the plan to 4 phones for $100 tax included. . We been with them along time n they haven't scammed us. Just do the PRE PAY. DONT SIGN A CONTRACT.

Mr Clifton Curry at the Martinsburg location was the best salesman I have ever dealt with in my life buying a phone or anything really he was very smart very intelligent and very nice kept a beautiful smile on his face and he just knew the right thing for me and he knew what I needed and he was very fast at his job

I have took over as District manager and I have brand new staff and we have a lot more better customer service and you will receive the best customer service, best deals, and everything you will ever want in a phone company! We are strictly family oriented

Hello all let me shed some light no prepaid phone company gives free upgrades including boost and cricket. Next they sell phones that people can afford and last if you all had decent credit you most likely wouldn't be at a prepaid carrier anyways.

Amanda and Ashley are some very intelligent, thoughtful, considerate, young ladies. Amanda went above and beyond the call of Duty.
My daughter in laws phone was stolen. The knowledge and understanding by Amanda and Ashley was 5 star service.
PS.. they hung my picture in the background with my granddaughter.
Never will I go anywhere else. This place is all you will need or want.
