Erick was super polite. He walked right up to me as I came through door, introduced himself and got me seated within seconds. He fixed 2 unusual problems and offered me the Verizon wifi for faster service. Great employee and great guy. Definitely an asset to your business!! Great pick Verizon.

Alexander Rubio is the reason I chose Verizon to start my first phone plan for me and my wife. I came into the store without the littlest knowledge about phone service and he provided me with the best options for my situation. I did not once feel like I was getting taken advantage of and got both of us upgraded from iPhone 8’s to the amazing iPhone 14’s. I am planing on staying with Verizon for many years to come. Jahi and Kyle provided excellent service when I came in with a technical difficulty. They were very patient and pursued a number of options, and would not give up until they had. My problem solved. Really appreciate the local Verizon store! Highly recommend.

I am so happy I chose to go-to Verizon for my much needed and anticipated Pixel 8 pro..we not only pain a smaller than expected amount for the two phones but thanks to Markus we saved money each month on our bill...this kind of knowledge and customer service keeps us going back to Verizon store in AG...As a 25 yr long customer or the Verizon company I could not be happier with my newest pixel 8 pro and highly recommend going to see Markus in Arroyo Grande.

Had an awesome experience buying my first Verizon phone I just wanted to get in and out really quick but there is a gentleman named Tim, believe he was the assistant manager, but hey he was so cool so professional went above and beyond helping me, he was checking in on two employees really quick also training the guy next to him just made it awesome while not forgetting me, I love seeing people who actually enjoy their job it makes the whole world a lot easier for everyone, I hope he sees this and I hope they give him a good pet on the back as well must be the reason why he's the assistant manager such a good dude thank you Tim appreciate it man

Calvin helped my wife with her new iPhone and was amazingly helpful and extremely patient. The experience ranks near the top of any purchase of technical equipment we have had. He even synced the phone with her car and worked through some of the glitches she was having with Apple car play.
