Dunkin'

Update: I was thoroughly impressed with the staff and service today. Despite there being a minor issue with the payment system they were able to resolve it quickly and keep the line moving. They all were really friendly and nice which is impressive considering how demoralizing it can be working in fast food. The food is Dunkin Donuts so it's never going to be amazing, but the rest was fantastic and the place was spotless.

Old review:
Standing here for 15 minutes with employees walking back and forth and not one acknowledgement, no "we'll be right with you" or "sorry, we're a bit swamped" nothing. I try to be understanding with service people. I know they get a lot of abuse for lots of hard work and terrible pay, but some sort of acknowledgement that I exist would be nice. Especially since it doesn't seem busy at all. I didn't sense any urgency or feeling rushed that happens during busy times. People just meandering back and forth. What the hell is going on here? This isn't the first time it's been like this either.
Also, locking the bathrooms is really annoying when you can't get anyone's attention to give you the key to use it.

I went here on Tuesday night. There were 2 young men working behind the counter. They were very professional and acted like complete gentlemen. I appreciate when I see young people working and doing a good job. I would definitely recommend this place.

Great staff and good coffee

Fantastic really nice staff and great coffees made pretty consistently if any issues which are rare always taken care of. Wish they had more counter staff though like most places seems drive thru gets most attention

Went there about an Hour ago ordered 2 iced coffees and 10 chocolate munchkins.
Very polite and nice communication with the gentlemen who took my order.

At window when I paid , very nice polite young lady.
This Dunkin Donuts is the only one ever that I been to in all of Brockton who made the iced coffees PERFECT!!! 😃👍

I love my Dunkin!!! Every staff member is amazing and so sweet.. More then half of them remember my order as if it was their own.. And a very special call out to Veeta who is simply amazing!! ❤❤

I love going to Dunkin' Donuts the people have very good manners and always respect people they always smile and greet customers very well I like going there I will share this to my good friends and family

MY COFFEE WAS MADE EXCELLENT, HAD ME WISHING I GOT 2. THEY HAD THE FLAVORS I WAS LOOKING FOR, TOOK MY ORDER CORRECTLY, AND GAVE ME A BOMB 💣💣💣ASS COFFEE. DEFINITELY A A+++.

Great place in brockton torrey street is always seen as best dunkin around this one definitely is great employees are always so nice and sweet and fast and never ever get anything wrong
