Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I've been going to this dairy queen for years and even worked here and the food is always fresh, the staffs super friendly, and I never have to check my bag before I pull out. One of the few fast food places I trust with anything I order. I'm not sure if Gwen still runs the place but she has always done a great job with keeping the place clean & family friendly !

Very nice. Celebrated my granddaughters birthday without notice. They cut an ice cream cake for us and celebrated her birthday on the spot.

Our stop was brief. The service was great. Very friendly. We got a malt and a swirl cone. Excellently prepared and delicious. We recommend this location.

Ok so firstly, NO ONE likes to feel like they’ve been misheard or possibly been delivered the wrong order once they have ARRIVED HOME and opened the items. Especially after a long day and you felt this trip to the DQ was your “treat”! Secondly, NO ONE (that I know) wants to call the establishment regarding the disappointment nor drive back with the items! However, the THIRDLY AND LASTLY of this review is the whole reason for writing it! I have been driving through this particular Dairy Queen for years when we want a treat or light meal or snack. The staff is ALWAYS SUPER FRIENDLY and the wait times are ALWAYS EFFICIENT! So this particular day, with the long line in the drive through I figured they were swamped and I hated to call, but I ordered blizzards and they were the consistency of a runny shake. Not good. Upon my call to the establishment, not only did the Manager Gwynn (idk the proper spelling) show sincere concern, empathy and compassion towards me and the situation…. she offered to allow me to come back in ANY time for free replacements of both blizzards. Well I immediately drove back and the Manager herself made the blizzards. She came out spoke with me. An amazing, super friendly person! This is what the goodness of life is all about! Good People DOING good through it ALL! Thank you Gwynn and the entire staff! Y’all are all amazing! God bless y’all! I highly recommend Connellsville Street Dairy Queen for all your ice cream or hot food options and employment opportunities as well!!!! They totally ROCK!

I love their french fries I wish they would make a larger basket and the sandwiches to be larger too and the drinks large

Very good service! I go to this Dairy Queen quite often and rarely have bad experiences. The food is always good and the employees are always respectful, I would say it’s the best dq I’ve been to. I hope I can remember to come for a breakfast on one of the following weekends.

My son and I went for breakfast today and before going inside he had shut his finger in the car door. The morning employee immediately gave him ice wrapped in a towel then a cup of ice water for his finger. The generosity was greatly appreciated by us both. Not only was the customer service wonderful, but my son enjoyed his sausage gravy and biscuits, which he claims is the best he has EVER had! Thank you 😊

VERY Good service! Everyone is pleasant, clean facility, fast and accurate orders. I only wish they didn't do away with the Mushroom & Swiss, I was going everyday for that. I am sure that was more of a corporate level decision. All and all never had a bad experience they do a great job.

The customer service has always been fantastic. The one thing, that has stood out the most, is the smile that each worker has, whether they're serving customers, cooking customers meals, or ensuring that the inside is clean and prepared. That's outstanding customer service! Great job!

This Dairy Queen has the nicest and most polite workers around. They go out of their way to make sure your order is the way you want it to be. And we love the cake decorating classes. Always a dessert for a special holiday.

Thank you for being so wonderful to myself and my boys today. Your staff was wonderful and offered to help with my baby while I helped my special needs son say hello to Santa and decorate a cupcake. It was amazing. My "nonverbal" son even said "oh that was so much fun!" Thank you!!

On March 12,2020 DQ on Connellsville Street let us host our end of season soccer party. We coach 2 teams age ranges 4-8. We divided the party into the 2 age groups. When we walked in, they offered immediately to help set up tables to our needs, promptly started on the kid’s food, a staff member was checking in frequently on us to make sure we did not need anything. After the kids finished their meals, they let them make their own sundaes! The excitement on their faces was priceless. They were so excited to see how their ice cream gets made! They made our party a huge success and made the memory banks of the children. The parents complimented as well how wonderful the staff was!
The DQ as always was super clean, full of friendly helpful staff. We look forward to hosting next years end of season soccer party there. With the service and the price, we can’t beat it! Thank you again to the Staff of the Connellsville Street DQ for making our party great!

We come here a lot. They never mess up our orders and are very nice. The drive through can sometimes take a little while but i dont mind.
They even recommend things if we aren't sure about what we want, since i always like trying something new every time.

Amazing service! Great food! You’re order is done super quick! Restaurant is always very clean! And amazing employees! The assistant Manager Khattie was wonderful! Checked to make sure everything was good! Recommend this restaurant 100%!

This is a nice place to stop for ice cream and a quick meal when you don't have a ton of time. The wait is never long and the people are always nice. Tables and restroom are clean and well maintained.

We go there all the time kids love seeing the selection of cakes, always a timely manner, employees are always helpful and kind, food is great & icecream is always the best best, its always very clean!! Keep up the good work dq!

Sat in drive thur for 20 min for one order and it was the hot burger with fries. Might have been hot as in spicy but the temperature of the food was COLD very bad service

This cake made my daughter's birthday. We only ordered it 2 days prior and there were no problems. It was literally"perfect"

The smores milkshake smacks! Seantae made mine !! She was so nice and she did and amazing job.

Great place, amazing quality food, served in under 3 minutes in my case. Decent parking and you can't miss it, its right off the main road
