Boost Mobile

Stopped in today and got a really nice upgrade for a good price. Jared was awesome. Good Vibes. Good atmosphere. Excellent customer service and the store looked great.

Update: shout out to Francis for swapping my plan today. Do not call customer service just go in and save yourself a headache. He made it real easy.

In a day in age where people will take the time to complain and not compliment it's necessary I give Ms. Christina Love her due respect. Superb customer service skills, and a hard worker. She went to work for me basically and got me the best deal I could get and a great phone too. I loathed boost stores until today. Literally everyone at every store sucked. But she single handley changed my perspective today. I'll only be dealing with Ms. love at any location she may be at if ever need to return. Absolutely love the new version of my old phone. The Moto G Stylus 2023 model is well improved and highly recommend. You may not think you need the pen but once you have it, you'll love it.

Yesterday (October 16th) I went there at 3:00Pm and the lady working was so nice and super helpful! She helped me get an iPhone 15 for only $60 a month using a QR code. She’s super sweet and I hope she gets a raise some day! (Can’t remember her name but hope she sees this! You were amazing thank you so much 🙏🫶)

I am so grateful for the Military crew. Jared and Christina are excellent at what they do and I have been with Boost for a long time. Will always go to this location.

So I went to multiple Boost locations and Aaron and Celsy (misspelled) sorry was awesome From A-Z She rocked it , is by far the most professional CSR's I met, they was pretty wiped out bc of stimulus money release but she prepped us all up for the kids phones to be in today Approximately priced out 2 phones, I bought this phone and she did all the data transferring and set it all up and like that. My Android was set up, DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS STORE , HERE SOME PICS AND PS I'm on the 4 lines for a $100 plan unlimited talk text and data been long time customer, Go in and ask what deals they have and I live in Kewaunee and for the most part excellent coverage when in Green Bay area perfect coverage

Christina Love is so friendly and helpful when it comes to solving a problem. My phone bill was paid on a Friday and due to company error it was off for almost a week after and after returning to the store several times to check on the problem, Christina took charge and got it taken care of for me! Jared young also was quick with problem solving skills and worked swiftly to get my phone back working! Y'all rock!

Francis is an excellent representative. He is extremely knowledgeable about phones and service. I have gone to other Boost locations where the staff seemed clueless about certain situations. Francis is always able to take care of any problems I've had with my phone.

Hi! I really want to express that Francis did awesomely amazing job at helping me today! My phone wasn't ringing so he told me to bring it in to help me resolve my issue. I just Love coming into the Boost store on Military and working with Kelsey. She is so professional and Welcoming. Her knowledge of her trade excels any other
phone sales person. She knows her stuff! a True Talent! It is like having extended family she treats her customers with a
professional attitude yet very friendly and extremely welcoming unlike any other. phone store Ive been at., it is a true disappointment when she is not there. Boost Mobile on Military should be proud to have Kelsey represent the company as quintessential as Kelsey does. Thank you Kelsey!!

I visited the Boost Mobile store on Military for the first time this evening looking for a phone and plan for an elderly relative. The entire staff, particularly Phil, was extremely personable and helpful! They listened to our needs and did not attempt to “upsell”. The wait time was minimal and the service superb! In addition to providing an extremely affordable plan for my relative, they were patient in explaining the new phone and its features. I was so impressed I am considering switching my current service provider to Boost Mobile. I highly recommend this store and its fantastic staff!

Went to store last week and got my boyfriend's phone set up! It was our first experience at a boost mobile store ever and we are beyond grateful for the wonderful customer service and advice Kelsey gave us. She helped us with everything! From set up to getting one of those cool gadgets that pop on the back of our phone cases! Will recommend to my friends and once again thank you for all your kind help! Much appreciated! 😌

I have been a boost mobile customer for over ten years, and today I realize why I stay. I walked in to get a new phone because my other one took a dive into the toilet. I was super upset because I relied on my phone for my business. The second I walked in the door I was greeted with amazing energy from two staff members. I had said I only had about 100$ to spend. The young man and woman saw that with my upgrade I would also need to pay my bill. I didn't have enough for a phone and a bill payment. Instead of turning me away they called customer service and made a way for me to walk out with a new phone. They went above and beyond to not only help, but to make sure I was satisfied. I am truly grateful for what they did and feel honored that they worked so hard to make me happy!!!!

Aaron and Kelsey were very great with helping me with my service at the military ave store. They were awesome even though they were hung up on several times by customer care while I was in store but at the end of the day regardless of the negative non help from customer care they both got it done for me and I'm truly appreciative.

The best experience phone shopping my family has ever had! Roger is great! He was so helpful and explained the differences in equipment so well! Also helped me save a ton of money on our phone bills!!! Roger took the time to set up my boys' new phone and transfer data for him. The phone I wanted was not in stock, but Roger is going to get one for me and get it set up! Can't wait to stop in and pick up my new phone!!!! We will definitely be stopping here again when it is time to upgrade!

Jessica has excellent customer service! She helped me and my sister with our bill, and our photos and contact update.I had questions about my apps and other questions. She knew the answer to all my questions. What a great job she does taking care of her customer(s). Thanks Jessica😁
