TD Bank

My experience at the Arlington branch was truly exceptional. I had an appointment to open a business account and was immediately greeted by an experienced assistant store manager. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient, making the process smooth and stress-free.

I came here after several bad experiences at the Bedford location. Eve Doyle was amazing! She completed my domestic wire within minutes. If I ever need in person banking, I'll be happy to drive farther away from my Bedford home and visit this store.

This office is pretty great for go to's. I went to pick up some quarters for laundry and also asked for some coin holders to help out with the coin shortage.

Although the staffs are slow but very friendly, not very knowledgeable about their service again very friendly. Open 7 days are very convenient too.

I have always received friendly service from TD Bank. They just know how to hire the right personality of people.

This branch is no different. Everyone I interacted with seemed very happy and helped with my banking needs.

Excellent customer service. They resolved my debit card issue in a timely manner. Staff at this location treats you like a distant friend. Will never hesitate to drop in future...

Very friendly manager but a bit slow coming in and out. The fact that they're open until 6 is often a life saver. The manager is super competent and managed to give me the help I needed.

I had to go in the bank today because I was unable to access my online account, which is already stressful. Along with the other stresses of life here was another one that I thought would be pretty simple to fix. The two people that could help were busy, and I had no problem sitting and waiting. The assistant manager that helped me didn't seem to understand what my concern was or thats how I felt still having trouble logging into my account and certainly showed me that she was having none of trying to be kind or empathetic to me.

Maybe if there were thousands of dollars in my account I would have been treated differently?

This is where I put my money. These are the people that I trust. I came in there stressed but more sad and worried and I left really angry. And I will be closing my account with them because this just shows me who I'm dealing with at this bank. I ended up leaving before the business was finished because why bother when you're dealing with someone like that. Everyone else there has been so nice and helpful over the years so it really stinks that this is the bad taste that will be left in my mouth which will now have me using another bank.

** update I have been in there ever since and have been welcomed warmly and had no issues so hopefully it was just a bad day for all and I'm hoping that it stays this way with the positive experiences I've had going in there.
