I’m writing this review in hope they will send me what I ordered. I ordered a skirt on 10-3-20 for Halloween. I contacted their support email 10-16-20 and they said “I have just spoken with the shipping team to make sure your order goes our today”. Well... it’s October 31st and I never got to wear the costume I wanted so I’m pretty disappointed. I just want my money back if it’s never going to come. I really loved this store, their stuff is adorable!

Im writing this review in hopes the owner will contact me, I never received my package. I bought over 100$ pair of boots, I never received it. Ive emailed them, tried to post over and over again on there Instagram page. No response, but they still add to there story on there? So rude, and I cant believe they ignore someone who spent there hard working money at there small business. To ignore someone is so incredibly rude, I wish it wasn't this way because there stuff is cute, you just wont ever get it or get a response

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Customer service is poor. Won’t contact you back. Never received my order or got any shipping information. The first time I ordered small and they sent my my shirt so they seemed trustworthy to send out a order again. $200 of stuff never received and no response from this poorly ran company. I have called and everything.

Edit: I got my order. But for price there are so many wonderful boutiques competitors who deserve your money and would appreciate their small business customers spending their hard earned money with them than these people do. They legit sent me stained up shorts, I’m assuming bc of the review and ignored my request to cancel when they didn’t meet their end of shipping time. WORST SMALL BUSINESS I HAVE EVER SHOPPED WITH. This lady has no business in the retail or customer service field. Ew.

Stole a package that was accidentally sent to them won’t respond to my messages or emails . FedEx and eBay confirmed they signed for it over $100 in pots and pans they took
