Domino's Pizza

My favorite pizza place. I have been to the store in wyandotte and after I placed an online order, the store manager refused my order because she was by herself and so I went to the store at Baseor . I was immediately greeted by one employee who was also alone. He was friendly and he was also working the window. Good customer service

I was having issues with the app as i frequently due. Stopped into this dominos to pick up 6 pizzas for a 7 years olds birthday party. I could only get $6.99 said i could only do online. Again app wouldn't work. Then got it to work and wouldn't let me pay cash at the store cause order was over $40. Store employee went above and beyond to help me. I didn't get her name but she was pregnant and I did tip her well. Shout out to Basehor Dominos. Your store and the Pittsburgh Kansas store rock. Best customer service. Overland Park location at 110th could use some lessons in customer service.

Tonight they had a BOGO offer. I placed my order for a couple of pizzas, wings, etc. Total order was $43.00. By the time I went to pick up my order, one of my pizzas disappeared. Long story, short, I was not happy. Now the good happened, the clerk made everything good and there customer service was great. Thank you for making this right and I will recommend them to my friends .

Food always arrive warm and tasting great. Drivers always nice and on time. If they are a little behind you receive a courtesy call ahead of time. Last night (12-30-17) around 9:45pm I didn't get my delivery guy name. It was freezing outside he arrived in a great mood.

I order from here weekly. It always arrives within the time window, often much quicker than anticipated. Everything I’ve ever ordered has been perfect! Over the last 4 years I’ve only had one misunderstanding and they went above and beyond to fix it quickly and compensate me with free pizza. Great job guys! I’m so glad I live close to this location!

We Love Domino's! They always take really good care of us! The manager at the Bashor location is very professional & kind. Even made sure we were completely satisfied with our order in a snow storm! Excellent customer service!

I am so impressed with the staff in this store. We were there on New Year's Eve and it was crazy busy but everyone in there worked so hard. They helped each other while being polite to their customers. We sat and waited for an hour so we had time to observe everyone. We are completely impressed. Tonight it was definitely slower but the employees kept the same determined pace.

Usually go with The Hut but Domino's had the better deals so I placed an online order with them... Assistant Manager Anthony was AWESOME! I had a minor issue of prep time and he was very patient and professional about the situation.. gotta appreciate that! Let Anthony know that I'll be back!!

I've always had a great experience with this location. I live close and order all the time. The one time I had a problem, the manager went over and beyond making it right. He let me keep the pizza sent by mistake, got me the right one in less than ten minutes and sent another complementary item. Drivers are always on time and friendly.

I reviewed before because it was bad, pizza and service.
THIS TIME was very good.
Pan pizza crust was a bit under done and sauce was a bit salty, but otherwise good.
Delivery was TIMELY.

They’ve always been extremely kind, understanding and accommodating when there’s an error! Some days they are under staffed and things happen, but they are very hard workers! Mitchell has always been awesome and my dog loves when he’s our deliverer!

Ordering online is easy and pizza is always ready in 15 to 20 minutes even during busy times. And the menu has a bunch of different options so I can order a salad for lunch at work or pizza and pasta for the kids for dinner. And the cinnamon twists are to die for!

Short staffed and overwhelmed. I've seen grown adults come in and yell or throw things. For what the staff has to put up with I'd say they do well, especially since they are short of drivers and have to deliver from Tonganoxie all the way to the legends. Estimated time online and on app are not at all accurate.

I'm assuming this place is just like everywhere else and are extremely understaffed. I had an issue with an order and Cheyanne (hope i spelled it right) was super kind and helpful. I know they're doing their best in the circumstances.

We thoroughly love their thin crust italian sausage and cheese pizza.
The $5.99 deal can't be beat. It's made for Fridays!

We always have a good experience with this Dominos. There was a time when they could not get any order correct or on time, but management changed and they are so much better!

This place never disappoints! They also follow the delivery instructions, make some good pizza, and they're just damn good.
